OKAY…. I FREAKEN WEIGHED MYSELF AT THE GYM AND I WEIGH… 245 LBS….? WTF!!!! I AM SUPPOSED LOSE WEIGHT NOT GAIN… WELL, I GUESS I HAVE IT COMING SINCE I HATE DOING CARDIO HUH!? DUH!!! HAD AN ALL BODY WORKOUT TODAY… NOTHING THAT I CAN SAY, I IMPRESSED MYSELF WITH… YEAH, WELL TOMARROW IS FRIDAY… HORRAY.. LOL SURE! I’M OUTTA HERE…

Just cut your carbs down, increase the protein, and keep doing some cardio, and the weight will start dropping.
