HAMSTRINGS ON THE MACHINE YOU STAND UP: 30 10-REPS 60 10-REPS 90 10-REPS AND DOWN 60 10-REPS 30 10-REPS
DID 3 SETS OF SQUATS WITH 225… AT 15 REPS EACH….
I WAS READY FOR ANOTHER BODY PART BUT I SAID… I’M DONE… SO, I DECIDED TO RUN ON A LITTLE COURSE WE HAVE HERE… LMAO!!! OKAY… HERE IS WHERE I GOT EMBARASSED… I DID A VERY SLOW JOG… I COULD JUST IMAGINE HOW I LOOKED … GOD, I BET I LOOKED LIKE A SOMEONE THAT DOESNT WORKOUT… SO, I FINISHED AND THEN DRANK MY PROTEIN DRINK… AN NOW I AM TRYING DRINK ALOT OF WATER… I WILL BE HUNGRY IN ABIT.. WATCH! I HAVE SWITCHED TO COKE ZERO! YEAH! GOOD SHYT MAN! I FEEL BIGGER BUT ALSO, I THINK I AM REALLY STARTING TO PACK SOME WEIGHT… SO, DO I WANNA LOOK THIN OR BIG? I GOT SOME POWER WITH THIS WEIGHT BUT DO I WANNA SACRAFICE IT TO LOOK LEAN AND CUT? SHYT! I DONT KNOW YET… AS LONG AS I KEEP MY HEALTH THEN ALL IS GOOD RIGHT? WELL, MY PEEPS-IM OUTTA HERE….
