GOT UP THIS MORNING

OKAY, I GOT UP EARLY THIS MORNING TO GO TO THE GYM TO HIT LEGS…. DID SQUATS OF 315 A COUPLE OF SETS… THEN I STARTED DOING LEG PRESSES DID ABOUT 1125 LBS. A COUPLE OF SETS OF THAT… THEN I FELT A SHARP PAIN ON MY LEFT UPPER THIGH MUSCLE.. SHYT!  NOW, I CANT REALLY PUT PRESSURE ON MY LEFT LEG.. NEEDLESS TO SAY I STILL DID LEG EXTENSIONS AND HAMSTRING CURLS… SO THEN, I DID SOME ARMS… THEN, I WAS DONE… IT WAS OKAY… TONIGHT I AM GOING TO DO BACK… GONNA LAY OFF THE LEGS TILL NEXT WEEK… 

WELL, I GUESS THAT IS IT…

hey you all…..

i was off NO-Explode for awhile and i started to drop weight i was throwing up… so, today i went an bought some No-Explode and guess what?  yup… Papi is back… lol i know some people might believe different but to me, i felt it….  today, i did squats of 365 lbs. 10 times, and i did 1215 on the leg press… 6 times went all the way down…. yeah!  of course i did more sets but hey not bad to be back… looking for to tomarrow for shoulders and tri’s…  oh yeah did bi’s today of about 135 barbell curls 6 times… yeah.. i was on….  but shyt!  i am cramping on the side though.. not enoght aqua today…!!!   is there anything to stop these pinchi Cramps…? besides water…?  well, i gots to go an eat….

Okay, i really wasnt in the mood for the gym today.. cuz i just didnt feel it…!  i dropped back down to 240 lbs.   which is good, i guess … ran about 1/2 a mile..lol give me a break! im trying to pick my cardio up… the gym… i had no power today.. maybe cuz this gorilla didnt have a power banana… which my daughter tells me… lol  i ran outta NO-Explode!  is that why?  shyt, cuz ever since i ran out and stopped taking it.. i have really slowed down on my gains… well, tomarrow its time for one last push to buy it cuz i have about a month to get huge!  the 25th of aug. is my daughters quieceneda…(however you spell it) 15th birthday.. i can do it!!!!!!!  just have to keep plugging away…!  cant stop!!!  thanks mrdead for the encouragement.. it helps bro..   well, im outta here cuz i have to go drink my protein drink…  an i wonder why im sooooo freaken gordito… lol   good luck you all!    "if your not lifting heavy, then your on your own!"

OKAY…. I FREAKEN WEIGHED MYSELF AT THE GYM AND I WEIGH… 245 LBS….? WTF!!!!  I AM SUPPOSED LOSE WEIGHT NOT GAIN…  WELL, I GUESS I HAVE IT COMING SINCE I HATE DOING CARDIO HUH!? DUH!!!  HAD AN ALL BODY WORKOUT TODAY… NOTHING THAT I CAN SAY, I IMPRESSED MYSELF WITH…  YEAH, WELL TOMARROW IS FRIDAY… HORRAY.. LOL  SURE!  I’M OUTTA HERE…

TONIGHT WAS LEGS…  AN I THINK I DID PRETTY GOOD… JUST THIS SUCKS HAVING TO PUT ON AN TAKE OFF THE WEIGHTS… I THINK I GET MY CARDIO FROM THAT… I DID 10 ON THE ELIPTICAL TRAINER TO WARN MY LEGS THAT TONIGHT I WAS GOING TO PUSH THEM… SO, HERE IS MY WORKOUT FOR TONIGHT:   

   LEG PRESS:  495 10-REPS  725-10 REPS  900-10 REPS  1260-8 REPS THEN DOWN 900-10 REPS  725-10 REPS  495 10-REPS

   LEG EXTENSIONS:  270 10-REPS  360 10-REPS  450 5-REPS THEN DOWN 360 10-10 REPS  270 10-REPS AND THEN I DID ONE LEG EXTENSION 3 SETS OF 180 10-REPS 

    HAMSTRINGS ON THE MACHINE YOU STAND UP:  30 10-REPS  60 10-REPS 90 10-REPS AND DOWN 60 10-REPS  30 10-REPS

DID 3 SETS OF SQUATS WITH 225… AT 15 REPS EACH….  

I WAS READY FOR ANOTHER BODY PART BUT I SAID… I’M DONE… SO, I DECIDED TO RUN ON A LITTLE COURSE WE HAVE HERE… LMAO!!!  OKAY… HERE IS WHERE I GOT EMBARASSED… I DID A VERY SLOW JOG… I COULD JUST IMAGINE HOW I LOOKED … GOD, I BET I LOOKED LIKE A SOMEONE THAT DOESNT WORKOUT… SO, I FINISHED AND THEN DRANK MY PROTEIN DRINK… AN NOW I AM TRYING DRINK ALOT OF WATER…  I WILL BE HUNGRY IN ABIT.. LET ME START OFF BY SAYING "HOLA GENTE!"  (hello people!)

OKAY, TONIGHT DID SHOULDERS… DID MY PYRAMIDS …

WENT UP TO 230 LBS. ON THE FRONT BARBELLS USING THE SMITH MACHINE, 3 TIMES, WENT UP TO 80 LBS. ON THE FRONT RAISES 8 TIMES, SIDE LATERALS 35 LBS. EACH ARM ON THE LATERAL MACHINE, BENT OVER LATERALS UP TO 60 LBS. 8 TIMES BUT CONTROLLED MOVEMENTS, 120 LB. DUMBELL SHRUGS 12 TIMES.. NO MORE WEIGHT I COULD USE ON THE DUMBELLS, 540 LBS. ON STRAIGHT SHRUGS… 10 TIMES USING MY STRAPS… YEAH, GOTT ABIT HEAVY… THEN DID 2 EXCERCISES ON BICEPS… JUST TO FINISH IT OFF… SO, I AM BIT TIRED… I WENT HOME HAD MY PROTEIN DRINK… OF COURSE….

I STARTED A NEW THING CALLED CREADRIVE FROM PRO PERFORMANCE… I TOOK IN 5 GRAMS OF CREATINE BEFORE AND AFTER MY WORKOUT.. IS THAT TOO MUCH?  SHOULD I TAKE IT ONCE A DAY?  I KNOW I HAVE TO DRINK ALOT OF WATER FER SURE NOW… I HAD TWO DIET PEPSI TODAY… ITS AN ACCOMPLISHMENT CUZ I LOVE STRAIGHT SODA….  ITS A START RIGHT?  AWWWW TOMARROW IS LEGS… GOTTS TO LOVE THAT…!  SEE HOW MY RIGHT LEG FEELS… HOPE FEELS GREAT!  LOL 

MY DIET TODAY WAS PRETTY GOOD… FEELIN A BIT BETTER ABOUT MYSELF CUZ LATELY I HAVE BEEN GETTING SOME COMPLIMENTS FROM SOME SOURCES THAT I THINK HIGHLY ABOUT…  SATURDAY NIGHT I GOT A HELL OF BUZZ!  GOTTA LOVE THAT… I KNOW, I KNOW….. ITS BAD BUT SCREW THAT!  I NEED TO PARTY ONCE IN AWHILE TOO….! I LIVE TO MUCH OF A GROUNDHOG LIFE…!  AWWWWW FOOTBALL IS AROUND THE CORNER!  CANT WAIT!! Tonights gym was tiring… i must have done a boat load of sets for bi’s and tri’s… i averaged 20 reps per set… an i did alot… i dont take log book cuz… well, hell, i dont know.. i guess i should… so, i am beat!

I was talking to a friend today about Gregg Valentino.  The guy with the freakish arms… an how he was on TLC last night… wow… the stuff he did to his arms.. injecting steriods into them? i want to get big too but not like that… not yet at least.. lol  they talked about roids… uhhh no thanks.. they also said some supplements can become addicting?  which ones?  all i know for me.. its Caffeine… need it, love it and will never stop drinking it… i should cuz of my insides but damn…  tomarrow is friday and one more day of the gym… gotta make tomarrow count cuz no workouts on weekends… gotta spend time with the bratts! lol maybe, i will go run while my little one rides his bike.. hope the weather is good to go do it…  did 15 min. of cardio… so, maybe thats why i am abit tired… okay, no more rambling on… i gots to go….

beast within1.jpg TONIGHTS GYM I HAD TO BRING THE BEAST WITHIN CUZ I KNEW THAT I WAS GOING TO TRY SOME HEAVY WEIGHT, FOR ME AT LEAST.  STARTED OFF 145 15-REPS, 225 12 REPS, 315 8 REPS…..THEN I GOT STUPID FEELING I WAS READY… SO, I JUMPED TO 365 2 REPS….. OKAY… I WAS GETTING A BIT TIRED… SO, INSTEAD OF PULLING SOMETHING I DROPPED BACK DOWN AND DID 315 5 REPS AND 225 12 REPS THEN 145 10 REPS REALLY SLOW…. TIRED BY THEN… HIT THE INCLINE PYRAMIDING UP TO 315 3 TIMES AND THEN DOWN.. DID DECLINE PYRAMIDING UP TO 315 3 REPS… AND DOWN… I WAS EXHAUSTED… KNEW THAT I WAS DONE LIFTING STUPID… SO, I DID CABLE CROSS OVERS UP TO 120 LBS. ON EACH ARM….  SO, I GUESS I WAS KINDA ON…. I WAS TALKING TO A FRIEND OF MINE .. HE SAID I SHOULD START TO DO ABIT OF RUNNING… LMAO!  MY 240 LB. BODY RUNNING? OKAY, WHERE IS THE EMERGENCY ROOM AT? LOL  HE SAID I WOULD LOOK BIGGER… SO, TOMARROW, DO AT LEAST 20 MIN. OR SLOW PACE RUNNING TO START OFF… LOL…. I FEEL FOR THE TREADMILL… LOL  I FELT BIG AT THE GYM TODAY.. BEEN DRINKING MY PROTEIN DRINKS FAITHFULLY…

IN BETWEEN SETS I SAW THIS GUY BENCHING 145 AND HE WAS SOOOO ARCHING HIS BACK.. I FELT BAD FOR HIM CUZ HIS BACK IN GONNA HURT TOMARROW MORNING… SO, I DECIDED TO TELL HIM NOT TO DO THAT CUZ OF THE BACK ISSUE…. I TOLD HIM IN A POLITE MANNER NOT TO DO THAT… LOL  I DEFINATELY DID NOT WANT THAT LOOK OF “YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT!”  I THINK I DO IN HIS CASE.. BUT HE WAS COOL ABOUT IT AN THANKED ME..LOL  SO, TONIGHT I WENT KINDA BALLZ-OUT!  NOW I WILL RETIRE FOR THE NIGHT AND NOT GO TO SLEEP TILL 0100 IN THE MORNING.. “IMAGINE THAT!” LOL
