GYM AGAIN…

WELL, MY CRAZY NALGAS DECIDED TO GO TO THE GYM AGAIN TO DO CARDIO…SUPPOSEDLY.. I WAS FEELING TIRED AFTER WORK SO, I DECIDED TO POP A ENERGY DRINK (MONSTER) AND I TOOK ULTIMATE THERMO PUMP FROM PRO PERFORMANCE… I DIDNT THINK IT WOULD KICK IN.. SO, I GET THERE AND SHYT! I START TO DO LEGS AGAIN… OKAY…. THIS IS WAS I DID LEG EXTENSION 495 AGAIN… I WENT UP ON LEG PRESSES TO 1080 LBS. WITH LIKE 7 REPS.. AGAIN, I DID THE PYRAMIDS UP AND DOWN… NO SQUATS, BUT I DID THE EXERCISE THAT WORKS THE BAKC OF YOUR LEGS.. AND LOTS OF CALVE RAISES… THEN I DECIDED TO RUN THE DUMBELLS… 20,40,60,80,100 AND 120 TEN TIMES EACH ON EACH ARM… THAT WAS INSANE… FUNNY CUZ YOU COULD SEE THE LITTLE TEENAGERS LOOKING LIKE “SHYT!” lol  I WAS THERE TO GO TO WORK AND NOT WORRY ABOUT WHAT OTHER PEOPLE THOUGHT OR EVEN PROBABLY SAID… THE GYM IS NOT TO SOCIALIZE FOR ME… JUST GO AND WORKOUT HARD… SAVE THE SOCIALIZING AFTERWARDS OR HECK SEND AN E-MAIL…  MAYBE THATS WHY NO ONE REALLY WANTS TO WORKOUT WITH ME CUZ I WANT TO JUST GET THE MOST OUTTA OF MY WORKOUT…  ANYWAYS, TOMARROW IS SHOULDERS… AT LUNCH..!  WELL, THATS IT FOR NOW… BUT IF YOUR NOT PUSHING YOURSELF THEN WHO WILL!  TAKE/CARE ALL!!!

LEGS

WELL, AT LUNCH I DID LEGS… HERE GOES… 495 LB. LEG EXTENSIONS, 405 LB. SQUATS, AND 1035 LBS. WITH LEG PRESSES ALL FOR ABOUT 7-8 REPS… I LOVE THE FACT THAT I DO PYRAMIDS… GO UP WITH WEIGHT AND THEN GO BACK DOWN… I ALSO DID CALVE RAISES ABOUT 50 LBS. FOR 25 REPS  3 TIMES….  TONIGHT I WILL SOME CARDIO AND THEN GO HOME AND WATCH THE SPURS/CAVS GAME….  GLAD THE LEGS IS OVER… WELL, HAVE A GREAT ONE…

i had a good night at the gym…. except for this guy that cant spot worth a darn!!!!  "can i please find a good spotter!"  i was about to bench 345 lbs., so, i bring it down….then i see his freaken hands start to grab the bar as i was pushing it up!!!  wtf!  why would he do that when i had it!! i did about 3 reps with his freaken paws on my bar!!! i had my music blarring in my ear so, i really couldnt say anything… so, i got off the bench an said thanks… then i went to the bathroom, to wanna hit something!  i cant believe he touched my freaken bar!  okay,,,, so then i proceded to other types of lifts and it went well …. i pounded 335 on the the decline bench witha a good spotter… i need a partner cuz my other one quit cuz he wants to do more cardio… which is fine but damn!  i did 120 dumbells for curls but i think im gonna start wrapping my elbows…. with age things will start to happend and i dont want that….  it 9 p.m. and i still need to eat!  i really got to get to the gym at lunch! lol  so, i better get this done and go and eat…. so, remember… "if you aint lifting heavy, then your not lifting!" lmao…  heck, as long as you go to the gym—-everything is GREAT!

last night!!!

last night I went to the gym and was pretty good….. i curled 155 lbs. with the straight bar… did the 120 dumbells, did 5 sets of 21’s with the biceps using 40 lbs.   then did the tricep workout… just a bunch of reps….  went home to finish watching the spurs/cavs game…. had my 50 gram protein drink, then an hour later had chicken…. with freaken diet pepsi! god, i have to get used to that stuff! uhhhhhhh diet soda?! CRINDGE!  finallly fell to sleep at 2230… woke up this morning ready to do this again…. already had a 50 gram protein drink … going to the gym at lunch today cuz its Friday!  no workout on weekends… prefer to spend time with the kids…! so, i guess i will see how it goes at the gym today… hopefully Great!  take/care All!  this weekend "NO-REGRETS!"  and in life!

what can i say!  tonight was a terrible night for shoulders…!  what the hell!?  one day bad, one day good, now tonight was worthless!  i had no concentration, no stregnth, nothing! its like i wasnt there!  WTH!? sorry, if this blog isnt good but whatever!  i just have to vent!  i think i am going to go to the gym at lunch! maybe that will be better than night cuz maybe i am too tired to go after work…!  ShOOt!  okay, tomarrow morning i am gettting up early to go do some cardio, then go at lunch to pump some ARMS!  hope that works!!!!  wish me luck!  tonight—"REGRETS!"

okay…. tonight was way better…

i squated 405 for 8 reps… leg press about 1080 lbs. 8 times…  450 lbs. on leg extensions for about 8 reps… then i was pretty done with legs… did some calve raises… lots of reps….  then, i did 60,80,100,120 lb. dumbell curls for about 10 reps each… tonight was good! much better…. tomarrow is shoulders… Great!  cant wait!  well, i guess that is it for now…. have a good nite…!

last night was not good!

okay….last night i went to the freaken gym  an had a terrible workout!  i benched 335 for 3 times… incline bench 315 for 4 times and 335 on the decline for 5 times then i felt like i wasnt getting anything out of it… so, i went home…!  i am taking the pump 250 an i wasnt feeling it… got home and at a Calzone and desert pizza not all of it of course… i am just pissed..! today is legs… gonna make up for last night! am i the only one that has had a terrible workout!?  well, i guess that is it for now… just remember … in life there is "No-regrets!" except for last night!  damn!

last week i had to take some time off cuz of my sons Graduation… did the gym at least 2-3 times.. not the best but i went.  its monday! and i am ready to hit tonight- hope to push myself harder than before… but my freaken eating habits suk!  i wish i had the dedication of you all but one day.. today is chest day..! man, i hope the kiddies are in bed by the time get to the gym… but knowing my luck they will be there… it dont matter anyways cuz i put on my satilite radio and go! Get my Rock-on!  i need an energy drink as well… mondays are usually hard to get motivated but not today!  well, i guess that is it for now… lol  i will write laterz! "No-Regrets!"
