GYM TODAY!
WELL, I DID THE GYM AT LUNCH TODAY.. AND IT WENT REALLY GREAT! I DID PYRAMIDS ON EVERYTHING I DID… LEG PRESSES I 1080 LB. FOR 8 REPS.. I ONLY DID 360 10 TIMES ON LEG EXTENSIONS… THEN I WENT AN DID DECLINE BENCH FOR 335 LBS. 5 REPS… THEN I DID TRICEPS AND BICEPS AND SHOULDERS… DID A GOOD AMOUNT OF WEIGHT… PRETTY HAPPY.. NOW, I AM TAKING OFF FOR THE WEEKEND.. NO GYM…. I NEED THE REST… MONDAY HIT AGAIN.. WITH FULL FORCE… HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND…! "IF YOUR NOT LIFTING HEAVY THEN YOUR NOT LIFTING!"

I see that you’re working hard. Good job. Frog is happy for you! If you’re satisfied with your workouts and feelin happy - it means that you’re challenging yourself enough. I’m getting started with my routine tommorow.

I am glad you had a great workout, have a good rest this weekend and a great 4th! i am going back to the gym on monday at well.
