GYM TODAY!

WELL, I DID THE GYM AT LUNCH TODAY.. AND IT WENT REALLY GREAT!  I DID PYRAMIDS ON EVERYTHING I DID… LEG PRESSES I 1080 LB. FOR 8 REPS.. I ONLY DID 360 10 TIMES ON LEG EXTENSIONS… THEN I WENT AN DID DECLINE BENCH FOR 335 LBS. 5 REPS…  THEN I DID TRICEPS AND BICEPS AND SHOULDERS… DID A GOOD AMOUNT OF WEIGHT…  PRETTY HAPPY.. NOW, I AM TAKING OFF FOR THE WEEKEND.. NO GYM…. I NEED THE REST…  MONDAY HIT AGAIN.. WITH FULL FORCE…  HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND…!  "IF YOUR NOT LIFTING HEAVY THEN YOUR NOT LIFTING!"

CHRIS BENOIT1.jpgI found out yesterday about the news that Chris Benoit died…. i cannot believe that he would kill his wife and especially child that was 7 yrs. old….   they said they found roids in his house… Which makes me think….  Yeah, i want to take a Short cut to getting huge but to the expense of my kids? Naw, i dont think so…  I always said i would think about it if the opportunity arose to take roids but after hearing and reading all the craziness with it.. i dont think i would even risk it.  Not to mention my Career in the Military.  I know to get tested its pretty expensive but still… I love my kids alot to go Wacko on them…. Its sad what happend…  I knew a guy back in the 90’s that got huge and he ended up getting popped for roids in the military…  dont know whatever happend to him but he was huge! lol 

So, yesterday i did chest… i pumped and ready to knock it out and did… i did 355 lbs. on the decline for about 3 reps… then did 345 on the regular bench with 3 reps… did the machine with 4-45’s on each side of the decline machine… did cable cross over up to 120 lbs. on each arm… did calve raises and was pretty beat at the end of the night…  well, tonight is legs…!  i guess i will see who shows up for that… the pumped N/R or the not so pumped N/R…..  i am hoping for the pumped No/Regrets!  still awhile before i go…. so, who knows…!  i guess that is it for now….  Take it Sleazy…!

Tonight i was more focused than last night… I love doin these pics… even if no one sees them, i seem to amuse myself…lol  okay, first—-i went in there with an attitude… i was determined not to have the same night as last night…  no way was that little mouse going to out do me this time…lol  i prechered curled 140 lbs. 8 times for my max… maxed out at 275 on close grip bench for 8 times… next week i will push the 305 lb. limit on the close grip…  450 lbs. on the shrugs for 10 reps. max… then went down with each 45 lb. plate in each hand.. doing 12 reps… i got a great pump… then did like about 3 sets of 21’s on bi’s and tri’s…. did some calve raises… i heard that the more reps on calves the better… so, i did that… my arms are pretty pumped…! lol  tomarrow is a free-day for me… so, whatever i wanna do… then i will do… who knows… i an “All Body workout coming!”  I am determined to get huge before Aug. 25th….! i will Hit 405 bench!!!!! as long as i dont get hurt i am pretty sure i can do it!……  well, that is it for tonight…. until tomarrow….

 workout partnerHave you ever had a workout that even a little Mouse could lift more than you!?  Well, tonight was my night!!!  Damn!!! I wish i was pissed but i’m not cuz i just wasnt feeling it tonight… :(   It was supposed to be a Great Nite cuz it was shoulders… but nope, this little partner could have done better than me…  I am just amazed how earlier in the day i was ready an then finally i get to the pinchi gym and nada (nothing!)  could it be cuz i have decided to up my protein intake thats what did it? who the F… knows!? I took the No-Explode and everything… oh wellies… i guess tomarrow i will have a great workout cuz thats how it seems to workout anyways….  tomarrow is Bi’s and Tri’s an who knows Shoulders too! lol What the Hell!

i’m done, time to go eat…..  “if your not lifting heavy, then your not lifting!” Lmao… yup…. i wasnt lifting… my little partner was though!!!!  Night!

Anyways, to my boring workout..  tonight was legs… squated 405 lbs. x’s 6 did

lots of sets.. then went to the leg press and a total of 25-45 lb. weights for 6-8

reps…with about 6 sets… then went on to leg extensions.. 10-45 lb. weights. 8-10

reps–6 sets.. i tried to  do the hamstring but i felt a CRAMP! heck-No! not tonight..

will do tomarrow..! then did Back… went heavy but i did about 4 sets of 4

exercises… not feeling too big tonight cuz i droped 5 lbs. since last week… so,

now i weigh about 235 lbs…. good or no good?  not sure… but whatever… as

long as i get the intimidation factor still…lol  also, i was looking at pics of my 5

year old an how he calls me the Hulk!? lmao… Omg! if he were to see some of the

guys on this site… my name would be “Baby Hulk!” lmao! but either way, i like the

fact that he thinks that…lol  so, there is another inspiration i have is to get like the

hulk..but without the Abs…lol  okay, one day, i will start to do them… lol  on that

note i will end this cuz i am Starving!  “Mungo, Hungry!” lmao!  yeah, i amuse

myself… its okay… if you cant amuse yourself then who will you…?  welll, goods

nite!  ”Eat a hearty Breakfest! because TONIGHT WE DINE IN HELL!”   had to go

with that! lol

well, i just returned from the gym!  i had a good workout.  me an my partner were pretty focused..no talking just gettting it done on chest routine…  did my pyramid thing again.. I felt it tonight!  did 355 lbs. x’s 2 on the flat bench… then i hit the incline max: 315 lbs x’s 1 lol okay that one was freaken heavy… i brought it down… then “Holy shyt!” its freaken heavy! but i popped one at least…lol  then i maxed out on decline like 315 lbs. x’s 7 so, i was pretty happy!  i owe it to friend that pissed me off to get me to that stage! thanks! so, then i did some flys  with 120 lbs. x’s 10…My partner got hungry and left but i stayed and did a little bit of tricep kick backs… did some calve raises and that was pretty much it… but i feel okay… went back to my room and drank a 50 gram protein drink…  tomarrow, i will look for some Redline energy drink to see what happens with the No-explode… hope i dont explode… lol  tomarrow is legs! or we’ll see what happends… i will be working out by myself cuz my pinchi partner has a softball game… at least he will go with me once in awhile… yeah, this weekend i did the camping thing… it was fun.. my baby had fun! i got trashed on Saturday nite!  there is a reason why i dont drink often cuz i felt like crap sunday morning.. i could have used some pinchi Menudo! damn, putting away the tents with a hangover is no fun! lol but i was fine! i sucked it up and pressed on!  well, i have to go eat and get ready for tomarrow! have a great night or day! and remember “if you aint lifting heavy, then your not lifting!”  for some people…take/care!

wow! how quickly the week has gone by!  well, yesterday i did arms.. i did 135 barbell curls, then i ran the rack again going as far as i can 120 lbs. then did 21’s… i then did 120 lbs. behind the head the tricep extensions, then i did 295 lb. close grip on the bench… yeah, i kinda impressed myself..lol Today, i will do back and whatever i feel like it!  pretty much free day…! yes! i love Fridays for that!  no gym sat and especially sunday cuz its Fathersday! i goin to do 2 things "jack-Shyt!" but Jack left town so that leaves me with what? yup, thats right "shyt!" lol  Monday, i want to start doing an all body workout… i guess well see how that works out…  i got like till August 25 to get bigger for my daughters Quienceneda (sweet 15 party) just gotta bulk up and get a bit cut… having a hard time giving up soda… i got some responses but i just do feel it!  i guess truly i dont wanna give it up… not ready i guess…. i can drink kool-aide grape but they never have it here at the commisssary… (imagine that!)  ….. well, i guess that is it for now…  Have a happy Fathersday!!!  "if your not lifting heavy—then your not lifting!"  peace!

YEAH, WELL TODAY WAS SHOULDERS WORKOUT… DID PRETTY GOOD… I WENT PRETTY HEAVY ON MOST OF THE EXERCISES…  YOU KNOW, WHEN I WORKOUT, I LIKE TO SEE OTHER PEOPLE THERE… BUT TODAY/NIGHT THERE WASNT MANY…. WTF? PEOPLE ONLY GO MON-TUE? WHERE IS THEIR DEDICATION..OR MAYBE I AM BECOMING ABIT TO MUCH IN THE GYM?  I LOVE TO JUST GO IN THERE AND BLOW OFF STEAM!  I NEED A PARTNER TO PUSH ME AT TIMES BUT HERE EVERYONE IS LIKE ON ANOTHER TYPE OF SCHEDULE…NO ONE HAS THE SAME DRIVE AS ME… MAYBE MY DRIVE IS WEIRD… WHO KNOWS…  I LOOK IN THE MIRROR AND I SEE A PERSON LOOKING TO GET HUGE, SOME PEOPLE SAY.. YOUR HUGE ALREADY… "WHATEVER!"  I CHOSE NOT TO BELIEVE THEM CUZ I HAVE SEEN SOME HUGE PEOPLE ON THIS SITE… DAMN! I DONT WANNA BELIEVE THEM CUZ THEN YOU START TO GET A BIG HEAD… AND I REALLY DONT WANT THAT… I SAY HI TO EVERYONE IN THE GYM JUST FOR THAT WAY THEY DONT THINK IM INTO MYSELF… GRANTED, IN THE GYM-ITS ALL ABOUT GABE BUT OUTSIDE… ITS NOT THE SAME…  OH WELLIES!  IM NOT TOO HYPER SO, I SHOULD GET A GOOD NIGHTS REST… FOR TOMARROW… ITS ARMS DAY!!! YEAH!  TAKE/CARE ALL AND ITS HUMP DAY!  TWO MORE DAYS TILL THE PINCHI’ WEEKEND! YEAH!
