okay, i just thought i would add this picture cuz i think
this is a bad-ASS Movie as far as Inspiration and also fighting.. They never gave
up knowing that they would die at the end… The pressure to become a Spartan
when you are young.. What is expected of you…

Anyways, to my boring workout.. tonight was legs… squated 405 lbs. x’s 6 did
lots of sets.. then went to the leg press and a total of 25-45 lb. weights for 6-8
reps…with about 6 sets… then went on to leg extensions.. 10-45 lb. weights. 8-10
reps–6 sets.. i tried to do the hamstring but i felt a CRAMP! heck-No! not tonight..
will do tomarrow..! then did Back… went heavy but i did about 4 sets of 4
exercises… not feeling too big tonight cuz i droped 5 lbs. since last week… so,
now i weigh about 235 lbs…. good or no good? not sure… but whatever… as
long as i get the intimidation factor still…lol also, i was looking at pics of my 5
year old an how he calls me the Hulk!? lmao… Omg! if he were to see some of the
guys on this site… my name would be “Baby Hulk!” lmao! but either way, i like the
fact that he thinks that…lol so, there is another inspiration i have is to get like the
hulk..but without the Abs…lol okay, one day, i will start to do them… lol on that
note i will end this cuz i am Starving! “Mungo, Hungry!” lmao! yeah, i amuse
myself… its okay… if you cant amuse yourself then who will you…? welll, goods
nite! ”Eat a hearty Breakfest! because TONIGHT WE DINE IN HELL!” had to go
with that! lol
