yesterday…
Tuesday, May 22nd, 2007well,
last night i did chest and had a great workout….! im not sore this morning but i still feel pretty good… today is legs… i hate racking the weights on the leg press machine… so, maybe its time to add some weight to my squats… maybe today i will try 450 lbs. on squats… i can do 405 at 6 reps…. so, maybe its time to push myself abit… im alittle freaked on squats cuz i was watching MTV Scarred when some guy busted his knee while doing squats… have to get that image outta my head… i had chicken last night and it was great… had a protein drink first thing this morning… i love the chocolate one… drinking it with water kinda sucks but i heard its better for you… i am taking Inosine for the extra energy… i think its working… i think im looking better cuz im getting more and more looks from the opposite sex… horray..lol i just wanna look abit intimidating for when i get outta the military i can work at the county jail where my brother works and no will mess with me… i just gotta stay focused! also…. "No-Regrets!"
