Okay, time to vent… so, I call the gym on base to see if they are open and guess what!? nope! Those wackos arent open for certain reasons! Shyt! I know there are other gyms on this base but if i go at lunch..Im not gonna wanna come back to work. So, luckily I didnt take my Superpump yet! And still I want to go and workout. Ugh! well, now I have to wait till hopefully 1530 too and thats if my supervisor lets me go… I hate having a routine an then it gets thrown off.. yeah…
well thats it for now!

yeah! so, here I was.. thinking.. I’m gonna get 400 lbs. today! It’s my DAY! My mind starts to focus on what i was gonna do at the gym….. I take my superpump 250 rasberry.. got my music… yes..! so, i off i go with my partner. still focused i go in and see the bench is occupied! shyt! so, wtf! i decide.. i will do it on the Decline Bench! pop 10 135 lbs. then i do 8 225 lbs. then 5 315 lbs. by this time i am focused! screw-it! "put it on!" i tell my partner… 4-45 lbs. plates on each side.. i look and see and look intimidating.. but I know i can get this… i get on the bench.. bringing down slowly then I push that penche bar up…! yeah!!! Mungo finally gets his 405 lb. decline bench! but yet i still want the regular bench press! i have little arms.. so, i dont have to go to far with the bar… i was pretty much done from there… after that i was so happy that i did whatever.. like tricep workout and more chest workouts… the best part is i have somewhere that will say.. "yup, he did it!" so, with that… i will end this.. on a Great note!

well,
It’s gotten hot here in el paso! have i said, how i hate the heat!? yeah, well i do. Not gonna do the gym thing to but i am going to be on SuperPump250. I need that kick in the ass to get going. I think i will do some work outside and do push-ups and yeah, some crunches.. Its time to drop some serious poundage. hope i dont look sick cuz of it. I wanna kinda get my abs alittle like these other guys here… lol wait, Im Hispanic.. I love to eat… hmmmmm okay maybe not… but i do want to drop some weight to look decent without a shirt when we go on vacation. Im pretty happy.. my oldest boy finally got his license to drive.. lol sounds like an 80’s movie. yeah, im old! y-que! lol My daughter has her permit but i refuse to take her.. she scares me.. I should make her little boyfriends take her! lol and my little one is catching the football better and running his routes way better… yeah!! so, i will go for now.. and hit the yard and air conditioner, cuz its pinche hot!

It’s been awhile since I wrote. Been hitting the gym harder and harder. Things lately have pissed me off and gotten me down. It’s okay though. I know I have a couple of people here that will support me.
so, anyways, I got the Wii fit for the kids and that stupid thing says I’m obese! lol I weigh on that thing like 234 lbs. WTF! I guess it doesnt measure the amount of so-called muscle i have. I couldn’t sleep last night because things that have happend and I just got up at 0445 and decided to do the wii fit. after a couple of yoga things i did the building muscles. Cool, im a bodybuilder from what it says. lol whatev… so, then i decided to go for a run on the island on the wii..lol i unlocked free run.. which is kinda cool cuz i got to run for either 10, 20 or 30 minutes. I did the 10 min. to check it out… i found out that i could just run around anywhere in the room which is bad ass! loved it. i ended up running like 1 1/2 … hmmmmmm… okay, so i wont believe the wii too much because i know if i were to run a 1 1/2 miles i would be way more outta breath, but hey, i had fun. so, do the Wii Fit really work? who knows… im hoping other people will give me their comments on this. well, i have to get some work done now..

So,
Im back where I grew at. I have a new job but still in the military. I go to the gym at lunch but my routine has somewhat changed. I now have a partner for now, until he goes off to take care of some business. Yesterday, i litterally benched 385 lbs…. I’m pretty stoked about it. My eating habits have changed from where i used to live. My kids are happy as hell to see me everyday now… and the feeling is mutual. I just have to stay motivated going to the gym. So far this job requires me to get things done during lunch…. but I will make the sacrafices i need in order to get to my goals… well, thats about it for now…

Well,
here I am. Tonight I "thought" i was going to do 385 lbs. on the bench. Shyt! It was not to be. I have till next friday to hit that pinche’ 400 lbs. mark. I brought the 385 down.. maybe too slow. I think i ended up doing negatives instead. My friend said i shouldnt have brought down slow cuz thats what screwed me up. I am really pissed and it ruined the rest of my workout. After that blunder i just did light weight…. hoping and thinking I will hit it on thursday. tomarrow is legs and i know, i will go in there and be pissed off. I think to whoever reads this.. your probably like " Get over it!" hells no! It really bugs me because all day i was thinking and thinking about it… maybe too much.
lol time to get over it i guess… Well, my boys flag football team made the playoffs.. I am really proud of them. They came along way since the beginning of the season. My little one is catching the ball way better. My diva Bratty daughter is almost done with the written part of drivers education. lol holy crap, watch out cuz the girl will soon be on the road driving her drunk ass father around..lol just kidding… I can see it now "Mija! cooooommmmeeee picks mes up at the Bar! Daddy can’t drive.. hiccccupp… I think?" lol well, im outta here.. I have a date with Gear of War 2 to kills some cabrones… hey, someone is gonna take it! lol

Okay…
so, tonight… I went for 375 lb. bench and I got it! I did it once with a good spotter. The only thing is that he just put his two fingers on it…lol He said he didnt help me with the lift. which i believe but you know when you see someone touch the bar. You think they helped.. I am only 25 lbs. away from my goal!!! "Mungo can do it!" lol
well, i weigh 236 lbs. you can say it "gordito" lol "chubby" lol its all good… I am just happy… Now its time to celebrate! "Mcdonalds here i come!" lol just kidding… more like protein drink and lots of water.. dont think thats all i did cuz if i were to write it down.. you would probably get bored.. couldnt have that! lol well, i have to get outta here.. im hungry!

yeah.. yeah.. I need help..
Here it is.. i want to reach my goal by benching 400 lbs. 1 time by Feb. 25th. How can i do this? Is it wishful thinking? just need some guidance. My problem is that we are running quite abit during P.t. an yeah, i hate running duh! I know that will take a bit outta of me. I can bench 345 lbs. at least 3 times. well, thats it.. i just wanted some help here..

So, I am back… I had some issues the past month of oct and part of november. You see that pick of me on the AV. well, that was the end of september but tonight i will take a new one. The whole time i was gone I did no gym. I ran… yes, like the wind… I run like the wind.. lol during that time my knee got better and stronger. I started off running at a slow poke pace. now, for p.t. i can run 1 1/2 miles to the place we run to and then back.. so, 3 miles! yeah, This little gordito you see is running but here is my problem. i am dropping weight because i am not feeding the muscles like i used to. next week i will start. I know, i know its turkey week.. more the better right? yeah.. meetoo93! lol we are having a thing going on this base right now, but I WILL make it to the gym and start to hit the weights hard! the motivation is coming back! yeah….! lol Earlier today a friend of mine feel asleep at work..lol here are 5 things to say if you get caught…
NUMBER 5: ‘They told me at the Blood Bank this might happen.’
NUMBER 4 : ‘This is just a 15-minute power nap they raved about in the time-management course you had me attend.’
NUMBER 3 : ‘Whew! Guess I left the top off the White-out. You probably got here just in time!’
NUMBER 2: ‘Did you ever notice sounds coming out of these keyboards when you put your ear down real close?’
And the NUMBER ONE best thing to say if you get caught sleeping at your
desk: (Raising your head slowly) ‘In Jesus’ name, Amen.’
I know… i know they sent this to me… thought it was funny…!

So, I did the physical therapy yesterday and the dr. said i could run alittle bit. yeah, like if I wanted to hear that..lol I have been riding the bike and doing other cardio crap. I have dropped about 2 lbs. in the last 3 days.. yea! lol I have also been taking hydroxycut and drinking mucho water too. Been trying to layoff the pinche Soda for now. yeah, Soda is my Addiction. lol
Last night I did legs. I went as high as 12 (45 lb.) plates on each side of the leg press machine. equals out to 1125 lbs. on the leg press for about 8 reps. Then it got good, because there is this you guy there that talks to me, when i am trying to get my gym on! Don’t get me wrong, the guy is okay. I’m not the type to think I am the shyt, but i do know that i am kinda strong for my age.. hmmmm 39 yrs. lol anyways, I was about to start putting the plates away when he said to leave them on cuz he was going to get on an do a couple of reps. I was like “Are you sure?” lol he said yeah.. okkkkay.. so, i went on to do leg extentions. I look over and he gets on the leg press machine. i think “this should be interesting” he starts to bring it down.. ohhhh wait… he barely even brought the weight down. WTF! i wanted to go and tell him “bring that shyt down or go home!” lol but naw.. I know i bring mine down at least to at least 90 degrees. They told me, if i go further then i would be hurting my knees. He barely could even get it off the top. lol like i said im no Hulk but damn.. do what you can do.. Stop the Yapping and get out. Im not there to socialize either. leave that for after. ugh! okay, calming down… calming down….. okay… lmao.. you like that huh? lol
