Its going to be nice to leave Ottawa for a week, but I will be stuck in a hotel room. I’m planning to keep up with my workouts and diet during that week, i’ll have to plan out by finding a good gym since hotel gyms sometimes just sucks and hit a grocery store so i don’t have to eat out every day.

I can’t even eat any tuna or fish here people get a little too excited. I have been very accomodating with my fish and replaced it with protein shake.. but now my chicken.. give me a freakin’ break. I guess that’s my little vent of the day.. lol..
To makes things worse, its -28F with the windchill right now.
