					<description>I know your dilema.  I travel about 75% of the time.  If you are in a big city a gym is usually easy to find.  In the event you can't find one, I usually keep a workout DVD -  there are some great ones that can give you a good strength training workout without weights.  One time when no gym was available I used my  suitcase to do curls, pushups for chest, and dips on a chair for triceps.  Have a safe trip.</description>

					<description>I have a strange co worker in the cube next to me. Her sense of smell is much stronger in the afternoon. I can eat my chicken or steak with potatoes at 8:30 in the morning, but she says my 3:00 food, which is sometimes the SAME, smells too much, so I have to eat that in the cafeteria. Its not worth getting into a fight over, so I'll gladly take the chance to watch TV while I eat at 3!</description>
