Business trips - workout and still diet
In a couple weeks i will heading to Halifax, Nova Scotia for work.. Its going to be nice to leave Ottawa for a week, but I will be stuck in a hotel room. I’m planning to keep up with my workouts and diet during that week, i’ll have to plan out by finding a good gym since hotel gyms sometimes just sucks and hit a grocery store so i don’t have to eat out every day.

I know your dilema. I travel about 75% of the time. If you are in a big city a gym is usually easy to find. In the event you can’t find one, I usually keep a workout DVD - there are some great ones that can give you a good strength training workout without weights. One time when no gym was available I used my suitcase to do curls, pushups for chest, and dips on a chair for triceps. Have a safe trip.

I have googled whats around the city as for gyms, i think I should be ok.. I’ll be doing alot of walking as well there’s my cardio.. lol..
