Love the plan. Heaps of detail. Looks like you have a lot to look forward to as you work through it. Personally, I can’t wait to see the results

Looks great, but I would move the cardio to after your weight lifting. You want to save your energy to move those weights. Remember, more muscle mass = more calories burned.
And…you arleady are smokin!

I want to second what tims03 said about doing cardio after weights.
When you are weight training, you are burning your glycogen stores. By following this with cardio, you will burn MORE fat because in this depleted state the body will burn much more fat as energy.
