Back on track

For the past 5 weeks I’ve been indulging a little too much.  I’ve gained 10lbs. Last night I wrote out my new diet that I will be doing for the next 2 weeks and go from there.  Did all my cooking last night and I felt pump to get back into my routine.  I did enjoy the tasty foods but made me feel like crap too.  Its incredible how easy it is to fall off the wagon.

    Hey…welcome back. :D

I agree its easy to stop and its hard to get back on board. But your a determine woman..so it’s a matter of time before you back on your groove.

You know I had some tasty treats myself and I don’t know about you…but I felt sick. I mean it was good stuff but they just didn’t sit well…I felt like I was going to puke…anywho…welcome back. :D

Oh, honey you only gained 10??? I am looking at 14….though I am trying to put on muscle (my excuse) so…. need to post some bulk pics of myself and become accountable for all the damage I have done to myself!!!

Hopefully your week of clean eating went well for you!!!
