Back on track
Sunday, October 21st, 2007Well this week after making the decision not to compete in November, i took things alot more relaxed.. I’ve had plenty of tasty foods, went out last night had maybe a little too many drinks. Ok.. i had alot, so now i’m recovering from the hangover - I will be taking an extra day off from the gym tomorrow to be fully recovered, and tuesday will start all over again.. Soo excited can’t wait to push that weight and watching my body transform once again..
