Going away for the week!
May 20, 2009So I’m going away for the week to georgia and won’t have a gym to do my normal routine! At first I was thinking to myself, crap I’m screwed, but decided it would be a good time to change things up a little. It’ll force me to be creative and I plan on using my bodyweight to do the workouts. I know the normal stuff like lunges, squats, push ups (and variations), dips, ab stuff, but the one thing I’m not sure about is with my back - other than pull ups, but I may not have a bar to do them with.
Any suggestions?
