My first BLOG ~~ weeeeeee
I guess I’ll talk about how I WORKOUT~!
I don’t mix body parts anymore, haven’t for a long long time.
I have a workout day for each PART.
I like it better that way and get SOOOO much better results since I’m hitting the muscles alot harder,
and I don’t have a set workout week per week,,,WHat I mean is, it doesn’t work like , triceps on monday , back on tuesday , ,,
My weeks are always different since I believe in Muscle confusion. I never hit a plateau.

i like a 5 day split as well! it just makes it easier to focus in on each muscle adn really blast them! you know! i look at it like this, you have one day to hit that part, so you better make it count!
btw, looking great!!!
