Friday, May 8th, 2009So this is what my diet is looking like… the dinner and lunch change daily but the daily totals still work out, I took it from June 09 Muscle and Fitness… constructive criticism would be appreciated as I am still struggling to hit my goal. I Just started this diet last week so not sure how it will work
Wake up
2 scoops whey protein
1 Large apple
Breakfast
4 large eggs (Hardboiled)
Large bowl of oatmeal
Morning snack
6 whole wheat crackers with peanut butter and bananna
Apple
1 scoop whey with milk
(would use the suggested Cassein here but can’t get it where I live)
Lunch
2 whole wheat tortilla shells with light miracle whip and sliced chicken breast, tomato and lettuce
Cottage cheese w/pepper
small bowl of salad
Pre workout
bowl oatmeal
whey protein w/milk/flaxseed oil and Tribulus
Large cup o java
Post workout
Whey protein w/water
Multi w/iron
Vitamin B12 overload
Dinner
Chicken breast
Large sweet potato
steamed veggies
Bedtime
Bowl of Cottage Cheese w pepper
Bowl oatmeal
the totals are
3,777 Calories
367 g. protein
396 g.carbs
82 g. fat
