Diet

So this is what my diet is looking like… the dinner and lunch change daily but the daily totals still work out, I took it from June 09 Muscle and Fitness… constructive criticism would be appreciated as I am still struggling to hit my goal. I Just started this diet last week so not sure how it will work

 Wake up
2 scoops whey protein
1 Large apple

Breakfast
4 large eggs (Hardboiled)
Large bowl of oatmeal

Morning snack
6 whole wheat crackers with peanut butter and bananna
Apple
1 scoop whey with milk
(would use the suggested Cassein here but can’t get it where I live)

Lunch
2 whole wheat tortilla shells with light miracle whip and sliced chicken breast, tomato and lettuce
Cottage cheese w/pepper
small bowl of salad

Pre workout
bowl oatmeal 
whey protein w/milk/flaxseed oil and Tribulus
Large cup o java 

Post workout
Whey protein w/water
Multi w/iron
Vitamin B12 overload

Dinner
Chicken breast
Large sweet potato
steamed veggies

Bedtime
Bowl of Cottage Cheese w pepper
Bowl oatmeal

the totals are
3,777 Calories
367 g. protein
396 g.carbs
82 g. fat

    in general when im bulking i try to hit 3grams of carbs per pound of bw so that would mean increasing your to 513g per day and the easiest times to add these in your diet are your post-workout meal and your dinner. aside from that your diet looks fine! your protein intake is high and your caloric intake is about right (more carbs would add to this) and you fat intake is ok. dont forget to try eat beef once a day when bulking

    All of your numbers look really good. The one thing I would change is to make sure you are getting some carbs immediately post workout. I would take that sweet potato you are eating at dinner and have it post workout instead. Everything looks good other than that. Well done.

    Thanks man, I think what I am going to do is carry a couple of sandwiches with me and eat them on the way home… try that for a bit
