update

February 17, 2009

short term goals have been met with force, I have beat some personal bests for strength, and have been training with 110%, or the closest to that I know how to give. BULKING SUCKS!!! especially for us Ectomorphs, trying to get in everylast bite I can everyday, and somedays that entails a whole lot of forcefeeding, but its worked thusfar, I think it is time to up my calories another couple of hundred everyday, not sure how I am going to force them down but my weight has reached a plateau and is balancing out, so its gotta be done.
Having workout partners has got to be one of the best motivations a man can have, being able to have someone to spot you as you struggle to force up a last rep, having someone to hold you accountable to attending the gym even when you are a  little under the weather, cus any workout is better than no workout right! I had something really cool happen the other day while I was struggling through some reps on my chest, I go to a private "Athletic club" because of its convenience, this guy I have known since I was a kid was in there working out and was watching me, at the end of his workout he approached me about teaching him how to lift big… this is a guy that is well known for strength, and being a real prick, the kind of guy that goes looking for fights on purpose, and to have him ask me to teach him was a real moral booster to say the least!!

I have switched things up for a couple of weeks to try and "shock my system" I have been working my chest and leggs twice a week instead of once, since this is where I want to focus the most gains at this point… I am getting some good progress out of it I think.. another week or two should give me the tell… I see more tone in my quads this is for sure… and god knows after a leg workout moving around for a couple of days is tough… but after that second workout… its damn near impossible haha… I guess its time to take some progress photos… should be up soon…

Welcome!

less than four months now until my brothers wedding I need to get these gains moving much faster… I know that the diet is the one thing slowing this down hopefully I can figure out something that is going to work FAST
