Well folks sorry no such luck!&nbsp; <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Truth is&#8230;. I&#8217;m still hitting it and going strong.&nbsp; I have been spending time on facebook&#8230;. playing some games and just being stupid but I&#8217;m still in the Gym hitting it.</p>
<p>I have pretty much stopped training others for awhile&#8230;.really need to focus on me!&nbsp; I just don&#8217;t feel with all the time I spent training others I was getting the quality time in the Gym I needed. It was never about the money, so now I&#8217;m in Ninjabill mode!&nbsp; I continue to make gains in the Gym strength wise&#8230;.which in turn transforms into Muscle size. I&#8217;m up to about 217 lbs right now and have dropped one waist size&#8230;&#8230; but have to buy my pants larger to get them up over my thighs.</p>
<p>I pretty much do reps in the 5-10 range at around 265 lbs&nbsp; Three years ago my goal was to some day bench 250 lbs&nbsp; <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> &nbsp; Yep pretty much beat that goal!&nbsp; Last month I passed my three year mark!&nbsp; I was pretty excited about that&#8230;. really never thought I would still be hitting it three years later&#8230;.and still loving it!</p>
<p>Have a few friends from here on Facebook&#8230;.. we have a pretty good time! Plus my Wife uses that site&#8230;.so it&#8217;s good to mess with her&#8230;lol&nbsp;&nbsp; Well below is a picture I took of me benching (raised leg Bench press) and had my 14 year old Son stand behind me&#8230;so then I cropped Laurie&#8217;s Head on to it&#8230;.Bulldogz.&nbsp; She is a lot of fun to mess with&#8230;lol</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well Folks lets take a ride down memory lane!  In 2006 after about 10 years of being out of the Gym&#8230;. I decided I wanted to start working out again So I did! I went back into the Gym ( Bill&#8217;s Basement Bardending Gym ) a home Gym with a limited amount of weights and a unsure amount of desire. Well in the past I had worked out off and on for years (when I was in the Military) and it seemd like I just never really stuck with it. Well I am older now and Married with kids and really didn&#8217;t know why I was wanting to work out, But I started anyways! Well here it is almost 3 years later (Next Month) and I&#8217;m still at it. I have gained more size than I ever really dreamed I would because I never thought I would stick with it this long. I train alone (which for most is harder to do&#8230;to keep that motivation alive)&#8230; No spotters no distractions! I like the feeling of being alone with the Iron&#8230;. most people say it&#8217;s foolish to lift without a spotter, but I feel Spotters make you weak! You know in the back of your mind if I can&#8217;t get this up my Spotter will save me. When I hit the Gym I know that I have to save my own ass&#8230; Fear is a great motivator!</p>
<p> When I started in 2006 150 pounds seemed heavy&#8230;.. now in 2009 I push 300 + pounds on my bench press &#8230;. Squat over 500 pounds and have built my little Gym into a desired place to work out. I started training others about a year and a half ago&#8230;. I love to train..I love to talk about training.. and I really love training others! My Gym Is Small&#8230;.very Small. It&#8217;s filled with free weights and I have to move the bench out of the room to do my leg workouts&#8230; When people ask if I will train them&#8230;. I always ask them&#8230;. Have you been to the Gym at the YMCA? Well my Gym&#8217;s like that but different&#8230;.lol  I can always see it on their faces the first time they come to my Gym&#8230;WOW (Small) this is it?  Then when they Leave&#8230;. they have a new respect for my little Gym. I prove to them..You don&#8217;t have to be fancy to get the job done. I have had dozens of clients start&#8230;make one workout and never come back. Most of them say I train to hard&#8230;they wan&#8217;t to start easy. Well the only thing Easy about &quot;truly&quot; working out is Yesterday&#8217;s workout!! If you don&#8217;t really want to train hard&#8230;.. and are not ready to get sweaty&#8230;. then you better stay at the YMCA!! </p>
<p> Well I guess what I saying here is this&#8230;. Muscles don&#8217;t happen over night! You have to be dedicated to working out and do it for some time before all your hard work will show&#8230;. and when I say &quot;HARD&quot; I mean hard work and not just showing up at the Gym! So to all my friends that have shared the last three years with me on here&#8230;.and are still hitting it &quot;HARD&quot; Congrats to you on your transformations!!  I have really enjoyed the Journey we have shared so far and look forward to the Journey to come! Now to all of you out there just starting out&#8230;. YOU CAN DO THIS! Attitude is everything&#8230;.. if you think you can&#8230;You can! Find some friends on here to help you&#8230;. not just people that have been doing this for years&#8230;but find a friend or Two that are just starting out like yourself&#8230;. and help keep each other motivated. Then 3 years from now&#8230;you and your good friends can take a walk down memory lane&#8230;..with your new body!  Keep on Keepin!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well I was thinking the other night as I was shaving in the mirror&#8230;. why do I put myself thru all the pain of lifting and training? I&#8217;m 41 years old, married with 3 kids and have never really achieved any real success in my life. I mean I&#8217;m not a top bodybuilder, famous person, successful business man&#8230;. I&#8217;m just your average joe! Working to make a living&#8230;. and wishing I could do better for my kids. Well then I came on here and read Bryan G&#8217;s Blog <a href="http://blog.bodybuilding.com/BryanGee/2009/06/18/who-knows-the-reason-why/">http://blog.bodybuilding.com/BryanGee/2009/06/18/who-knows-the-reason-why/</a></p>
<p>and that made me think again about the question I had asked myself&#8230;Why?  Well to be honest it&#8217;s simple! This is the first time in my life&#8230;people see me different then they saw / judged me before. Growing up I was always the small guy&#8230; the one that was always at the end of a short or skinny joke. I hated it..I dispised it with everything I had inside&#8230;but acted like it never bothered me. So now I lift because it has given me a new Idenity. I still may be short, but I don&#8217;t hear about it anymore&#8230;. most people know me for my Arm size&#8230;thats what I hear most of now. People want to know how I got myself so big. I have never deined being a compliment whore..matter of fact I took pride in it! I still do&#8230;.. everytime I hear a comment&#8230;.it drives me that much harder. Yeah I&#8217;m 41 years old and married with 3 kids&#8230;.. but I&#8217;m in the best shape of my life&#8230;.stronger than I have ever been&#8230;.. I&#8217;m not famous or rich&#8230;. but I&#8217;m one lucky sum beach to be the Father of 3 wonderful boys&#8230;.. who think I&#8217;m Superman! Have a Happy Fathers Day my Brothers of the Iron! Keep on Keepin All!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hey folks!   Well I know it&#8217;s been awhile since I posted ,but here is the deal.  Well you all know I was doing a very serious stack of three supplements. I was doing a 8 week stack (I should have only done 3-4 weeks tops) of the three. I was completely amazed  at the strength gains I got off this stack . I ended up reping at 315 lbs &#8230;. the strength was intense! Well the kicker was this. The fountain of Knowledge (AKA Trixter747) warned me about doing this stack so long and the risk I was taking. Well once I got going and saw the numbers I was putting up..I wanted more!  I was doing 8 weeks and that was that. Well at week 7 thing&#8217;s started to change a little. First I noticed my ankles swelling&#8230;then my stomach bloated beyond words! I was retaining water everywhere. Then I started to get serious pains in my Kidneys. I would wake up in the morning and feel like I had been kidney punched all night&#8230;lol  Well after talking to a Doctor at work&#8230;he informed me I was most likely going into renal failure.  That means my kidney&#8217;s were shutting down&#8230;. not good!  Well I have been drinking Cranberry juice and grapefruit  juice for days now&#8230;. have stopped all my supplements and have to watch what I eat. I called Trixter747 and he once again gave me some great advice on how to detox my system. Okay bottom line folks&#8230;.. the stack worked like I never dreamed!  but you better listen to the labels on these bottles&#8230;they are there for a reason! I will now cleanse my system for about 6-8 weeks before I start the stack again. Next round is 3 weeks and off&#8230;thats it!  I can&#8217;t see myself going 3 times a week to get dialysis with a shaft in my arm. I&#8217;m hard headed ( Trixter747 told me so&#8230;he knows me to well&#8230;lol ) so I have to stop doing shit Bill&#8217;s way and do it right. Bill&#8217;s way leads to death&#8230;pretty sure of that!&#8230;lol  Keep on Keepin my Brothers and Sisters of all things Iron!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well folks going into week 7 (of the stack) in 2 more days!  Okay this week I could kick my own ass (and should)  Well first off I was getting a pretty crappy chest cold&#8230;. so I tried to stay out of the Gym some to rest up (okay that did not happen&#8230;lol) Then My wife lost her job of 6 years ( yeah times are getting tough everywhere) So what did I do?  I went food crazy!  I swear I ate everything I could get my hands on&#8230;. my gut really took the blunt of it! Well on the strength side&#8230;I continue to get stronger. I reped 300 lbs 2x 2 after I had stack reped from 225 lbs. Then my Wife came down and I did 285 lbs for her (showig off)&#8230;. she used her cell phone to video it. Now if she just had a adapter I could post it! In the Video&#8230;I made sure to show off my Fuzzy slippers&#8230;lol Well I have my PCT ready to start in a couple weeks (it came yesterday) I know I will be bummed when I start loosing some of this strength&#8230;.but in about 6 weeks I will hit it again!  I&#8217;m hooked on this shit now&#8230;I really want to bench over 400 lbs someday!  Keep on Keepin my Beefy and Sexy friends!</p>

I did 3 sets 0f 5 at 275 lbs&#8230; then drop setted to 225 lbs and was still hitting 10-12 reps. Then did Dumbbell pull overs, flys, Axes ( My exercise )  and cable pushdowns. I used the Max calculator to figure out what range I would be in  ( if I had a spotter ) and I&#8217;m around 342 lbs max. Thats a 42 pound increase in the last 5 weeks on my bench&#8230;. not too bad!  Well I hope you all are getting your fill of the Iron&#8230;Keep on Keepin!</p>

I do want you to know though, you need to research more about this before you take my advice and try it. I spoke to Trixter747 (AKA &quot;THE FOUNTAIN OF KNOWLEDGE&quot;) and found out a few things about my stack I did not know. So there are a few precautions you need to take when you start stacking Hardcore stuff. There is no doubt it works&#8230;. just have to think about the chance of some long term effects and protect yourself against them. Not a ton going on right now in my life&#8230; just working/ working out (best part) and training others.  I hope you all are reaching new heights in your training!  Keep on Keepin and the &quot;BIG will happen</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well Yesterday I had 2 client&#8217;s coming over to train&#8230;so I decided to do a little test on them. When the first one arrived a guy I have been training close to 11 months now, I told him here is the deal. Today you don&#8217;t pay to train&#8230; you are in charge here! You are going to train us both. He seemed to be very excited about the thought of this&#8230; I&#8217;m sure he was more excited about getting to dish some a$$ whooping out on me&#8230;lol My thought was this. I wanted to show my clients there is more to training someone then counting their reps! Right away he asked&#8230; what body part we working?  Don&#8217;t ask me&#8230;Tell me I said! Well he did just what I thought he would do. With out any thought to hitting certain muscles groups , or thought of how each muscle in that group will be effected&#8230; he just starts out trying to hit the exercises he hates to do the most. Tells me to start with Rocky&#8217;s&#8230; then looks at me as to say go. I asked what weight do I need to use? How many sets and reps? Well he started with one question after another. I said wait a minute here&#8230; you have been training with me now for 11 months and you have no idea what exercises do what to what muscle group? I asked okay what group are we training? He said I&#8217;m not sure. I asked then why the hell am I doing Rocky&#8217;s? Is this not a shoulder exercise? Well it was really amazing to see&#8230;that for the last 11 months&#8230; this guy has been nothing but a puppet on a string! He had not learned anything from my training , but how to take orders! I can&#8217;t believe when he comes into my gym all he does is goes thru the motions. I know some would say&#8230;That&#8217;s why he pays you! Yes I agree I get paid to train him and keep him on track, but is he really learning anything from this? It&#8217;s obvious now to me&#8230;hell no! Well for the hour session I could tell he was getting my point. I could charge up to $45 per hour to train people&#8230;I don&#8217;t! I charge $15 per hour&#8230; because I want people to be able to afford it. I just want theses people to truly be getting something out of it, besides  sore muscles and sweaty clothes (okay I want that also&#8230;lol)  I want them to be able to make healthy choices in and out of the gym.  Well after the session I looked at him&#8230;. and asked&#8230; why are you here?  He said  he wanted to be a Bodybuilder/ be in shape . Then damn man&#8230;become one! What if I die tomorrow? are you done too?  He said he never really looked at it like this before&#8230;.. he has not been bodybuilding&#8230;.. he has just been a yes man!  I think he got more out of this training than any other we have ever done!  Well my second client was a female I have been training about 7 months now&#8230;. it was the same story&#8230;.but she avoided any exercise that involved any challenge. When it was all over&#8230;she got the same questions and the same thought induced barrage.</p>
<p>Damn People wake up! If you need a trainer..Thats fine. Not everyone has the interest in learning the muscle groups/ muscle fibers and so on&#8230;. but if you paying someone to train you&#8230; at least take in what they are teaching you. Don&#8217;t be afraid to ask questions. If you do it because your trainer says so&#8230;. how do you know they are not wrong?  Like Supplements&#8230; I will admit I take them with out really studying them. Hell Jim-Bob says this is the best shit in the world&#8230;I&#8217;ll try it&#8230;lol  Okay I&#8217;m a Retard!..lol  Don&#8217;t do as I do because I do it. Like the Stack I&#8217;m on&#8230;. I know it&#8217;s working..why is it working?  Hell I don&#8217;t really know. I was told it jacks up your &quot;T&quot; so I guess thats why it works. Am I sure?  Hell No! It seems to work for me&#8230;. does that mean it will work for you? maybe!  People ask why would you want to possibly drive off clients?  I don&#8217;t at all&#8230;. I just want my clients to be really truly getting trained. Not just Muscles, but mind also. As a trainer is this not the right thing to do? If your a trainer&#8230; I would hope you would answer that with a yes! I think this test&#8230;really made my client&#8217;s understand I care more about them than their money&#8230; and I&#8217;m sure it will take us to new levels together in our training!  Keep on Keepin!</p>
<p>P.S.  Check for yourself&#8230;. go to youtube.com and search any Bodybuilder you want that endorses a certain brand of Supplement. Like Jay Cutler for Muscle-Tech ( Sorry Jay for picking you). Now  search videos on their diet, their life style etc:  Tell me how many times you see Jay Cutler in a video using a Muscle -Tech Product?  We all know that sex sales in just about every market &#8230;. but in the supplement world&#8230; Muscle sales. If Jay Uses it&#8230;. it must be good!  That&#8217;s Business folks&#8230;. Educate yourself!  Or just be like me and make a monthly budget you plan on spending to make yourself try and feel good!&#8230;.lol<br />

I just finished week 3 of my Stack and this has been the biggest change week of all (excited about week 4) &quot;THE BIG&quot; is happening! This week has been a Compliment whores dream!.. lol  I felt like Jay Cutler Yesterday when I walked into Subway to grab a 1 foot for $5 deal. You ever really think about the look on your face when you meet one of your bodybuilding hero&#8217;s? that blank stare&#8230;lol  Well that&#8217;s the  look I kept getting yesterday and it was weird but awsome! The 4 girls working the counter all stared and then made several comments about making their Husbands start eating the Chicken Breast&#8230;. lol No Sh*t this stack has been a true dream come true so far for me! I have always been kinda interested in steroids and thought about taking them&#8230; but the thought of jail time or the loss of my job just did not seem like fun&#8230;lol  I had wished for a supplement that would give me the results of a steroid with out the jail time&#8230; and I would have to say this Stack has come pretty close so far. My Muscles are getting so much firmer / rounder/ larger / it&#8217;s un freaking real. All my client&#8217;s / co-workers / Wife and complete strangers have let me know this stuff is working. Oh did I mention the strength gains?  Thats crazy too!  I&#8217;m reping about 25 lbs heavier for more sets and reps then I was 3 weeks ago. We all know that more ass weight&#8230;means more ass muscle!  one of my clients came over last night and was laughing because I came down in my shorts and fuzzy slippers to train him&#8230;..  I benched 120 lbs more then his max (cold) and then asked how funny my fuzzy slippers were?&#8230;lol  Yeah he wants to order the stack now! I really can&#8217;t say any more about being pleased with the results so far&#8230;with out sounding like a broken record! Oh and Bro&#8217;s of all things Iron&#8230;. if you are over 40 and your  big &quot;T&quot; starts falling off we all know what that means!  Start fighting mitts ( man tits) and in the sack&#8230; well lets just say&#8230;. some race horses have run better races&#8230;lol   Well in the 3 weeks I have been on this stack&#8230;. My Wife has really fell in love with it!&#8230;lol  It&#8217;s crazy&#8230;.. I feel like I&#8217;m 18 again&#8230;. and every chance I get I take advantage of it. My Wife Swore when this stack is over&#8230;.she is buying my next!&#8230;lol  (wink) Thats a great feeling to know&#8230;. not only am I getting bigger&#8230;.my Wife won&#8217;t be leaving me for some pool boy!&#8230;lol  Well I&#8217;m headed into week 4 and I will keep you updated&#8230;. like I said I will post pics after week 8&#8230;.and you can tell me if it worked or not! Keep on keepin my Brothers and Sisters of all things Iron!</p>
