It’s amazing how the Iron can help change a mood! I guess over the last few days I have felt like I’m on overload. My body has felt drained and my mood was just blah! I did train (felt like I cheated myself a little) and trained my clients ….but it felt like I was just going thru the motions. So today I told myself… Self (AKA Ninjabill) get your head out of your ass and get on it!! So against my desire to just sleep…. I loaded up on N.O Explode and pushed myself into the gym. I started my routine as I always do…. I read the little yellow Post it Note my wife wrote to me two years ago. Then I reminded myself the only easy day was yesterday! Then as if the Iron Gods were sending me a sign….. my song (lose your self in the moment) came on and told me it was time to get serious. I decided to go heavy today and everything just seemed to flow. I pushed past some old limits and even uped my sets. I usally look at the pictures of Ronnie Coleman , Branch Warren, Markus Ruhl on my gym walls and find inspriration….. but today the mirror was my focus. I’m not very big into being a Mirror whore, but today after every lift I caught myself staring. It was great to really be able to see my muscles swell as I lifted…. but it also told the story of how much harder I need to push. The over all picture was this. I’m bigger than I used to be… but smaller than I want to be! Plus I figured if I want my business to continue to grow…. I have to keep ahead of my clients. I have always said Larry Lardass is not the best spokes person for Slimfast!! How can I exspect clients to put out 100% if my body is saying I dont? Well the boot straps are tightened now….. the Iron is my focus! It’s Lead, Follow, or get the hell out of the way! Keep on Keepin!

Oh the famous words of Martin Luther King! Hey just a quick word before it’s back to training. Well the client list got busier this week… I picked up 3 new clients…. we will see if they will hang with the program or not. Also I have ruled out the house for a Gym…. just did not like the layout of it…plus I would have to drive everytime I wanted to train. So as of right now the dettached garage is looking like the best option. The T-shirts are in the works…. should be done in a couple days. The web-site…well I’m not sure how far he has got..but I will see him tonight. He is comming over to give me a heads up on what options the site will offer and how it is comming. So in short I hope to have those T-shirts online by next week at the latest. I have 5 of my 10 clients training today…. so I need to squeek my workout in before I get started on them. If you get a chance check out Katnap My Sis cleaned House in her first show!! I’m proud as hell of her! I know how hard she has worked to reach this point in her fitness journey. Well the Iron is calling….. and you know I must answer!!! And no Bryan!! I dont need more to think about right now…..lmao Make everyday count…and keep on Keepin!

Happy F-day you diehards!! Yep yesterday was pretty cool for the ninja… both beat some personal challenages and broke some personal records…..lol First off…. Well you know I dont travel well (those of you that know me) but yesterday I took the family to the Michigan Nascar Race. It was about 3 hours away… first hurdle… then had large crowds cramped in small places… hurdle # 2…lol Well everything went very well…. made it no trouble! The trip home last night was a little rough with the storm we went thru…. could not see shit and the wind was very intense! Okay the day of drinking , hot ass sun, the medication factor, and more drinking…. well might of helped…lol I set a personal record of the most money paid for fast food….lol I got 3 burgers, 4 bottles of water, and 3 fries….. all for the low price of $49.00 I was like holy shit…. no wonder everyone gets drunk at the races…. it’s the depression of the food prices…lmao We packed coolers so we ate at the van most of the time… but the machine got hungry… and the Machine must eat….lol It was kinda funny to see all the paperdolls running around with their shirts off…. if that storm had come to the track earlier…. they all would have blown away….lol Well I’m off today (took it off) so it’s back to the Iron…. okay I’m out of the park for six-pack abs…. but hey I’m hoping my chest/shoulders/arms draw the attention….lol My legs are comming along also…. I use to hate leg days…. but now it’s one of my favorites! I hope you all had a great fathers day….single mothers included…. yep that counts! Keep on keepin till then!

Okay I have always prized myself on my intensity of my workouts in my gym… but damn I need to check my kamakasi ways…lol Yesterday I did a superset leg workout. It consisted of 12 sets of 12 reps of the following exercises. Sqauts, Lunges, Leg extentions, Calve raises, Leg Curls, and a killer exercise I invented called Prison Preps. I would have to say my prison preps are one of the best exercises I have ever done for my legs (yeah I’m bragging…lol ) it not only works great on your quads…. but wow it tears up your glutes!! It has become a favorite of all my clients. Well after I did my super set workout… I had two clients come over (Husband & Wife) and it was leg day for them also. Well I decided I would super set them also. Now the Husband of this couple sometimes needs a lot of extra motivating to get him going…. so to get him hitting it… I worked along with him. Yep that meant I did another 12 sets and 12 reps…. oh yeah who’s got legs?? Well then it was the Wifes turn…. and yeah once again I worked along with her….. yep another 12 sets and 12 reps…. alot lighter weights…. but damn they still hurt. Now here I am today looking like one of Jerry’s kids…lol I’m using the controlled crash system for setting…. yep kinda look over your shoulder to make sure there is a seat behind you and just fall back into it…lol Well my upper torso is jealous today so I’m getting ready to go down and tear up my arms! Oh yeah I got the pool ready to rock yesterday…. okay I did not get a new liner…. that just seemed like to much work plus I know one of you guys will end up naked in it….lmao Oh one last parting thought. I want to get a tattoo on my back…. but I’m not sure what I want to get. The wife said I could not get a Bulldog….lmao I would like something to do with bodybuilding…. or maybe just one word across my shoulders. Give me some input peeps. My one client said I should put Sicko Basterd on my back… after I told him 4 sets and made him do 6 sets….lmao Well throw some ideas my way! Till then keep on Keepin!

Wow yesterday…. I busted out my chest and legs! I hit it hard… and then it happen. I had two clients come over last night and I trained them. Then my whole system went crazy. About 20 minutes into my training session I started feeling hungry….. No not a little hunger pain… I mean like I felt South Africa Hungry…lol I cant ever remember feeling that hungry in my life. Right after my Clients left… it was attack!! I went in the Kitchen and lost my mind….lol First I ate a bowl of chicken and kindey beans (yeah I love that combo) I was still hungry. So then I ate a bowl of grape-nutz and a Bannana. Well that did not stop the stomach’s crying. So then I ate 6 Waffles.. The box was 8 Waffles… I left 2 so I did not look like a pig…lmao Well after 6 Waffles and a 20 oz glass of Milk…. I was still hungry as Hell…lol Well then the frozen Burrito’s were calling my name… so had to have 2 of those…lol My wife was like holy shit! Whats wrong with you?…lol I told her I had a bad case of the “notanys” she was like what is that? I was like since you have not gave me any…. this is what happens…lol Well after the Burrito’s I could not leave that lonley looking Apple in the bowl….lol I then went in and sat down and fell asleep on the couch. I woke up about 20 minutes later and all I could think about was those damn fudge Bars in the freezer…lol Yeah okay I ate one… Ummmm wonder how I gained that 6 pounds?? Well now here I’am at 8 AM and Wow….. holy Gas Passer Batman!! Yeah you dont want that combo of food to ferment in your stomach all night!…lol Wow! Okay I know that was a food Binge….. but hell it’s the paperdoll fear factor that gets me…lol I also saw a show on martial arts lastnight. I thought I was hardcore in the Gym…. until I saw these guys in China preforming the accient art of the Iron penis (I shit you not) these guys lift Iron / Pull Trucks / and kick each other in the potato sack for hours…lol This old guy deadlifted like 270 lbs with nothing but his Manlyness…lol I was so impressed I whipped the old Bulldog out right there!!…lol Well I better go eat …it’s been a hour…lol Then I have to go toss the Iron…. oh yeah… No hands…lol Keep on Keepin!! Yeah I’m not scared…. I will eat ya if I have too!!…lol I might just eat ya for the sport of it…lol

Well people I hope you all had a super weekend…. yep the Ninja had to work. what did you do ? Okay have you ever met that one person that just seems to make even the dumbest person seem smart?…lol Well I work with a girl ….. and wow you talk about being in left field….lmao She is very nice and very entertaining to say the least. You just never know what words of wit she will spill out…lol I had taken my gripper to work with me and was just using it as I walked thru the Hospital. Well when I came into contact with her….. she asked what I had. I told her it’s my gripper and it helps build hand and forearm strenght. Well she used it for a minute and went on about her business. Next thing I know everyone is laughing about me letting her play with my thingy…lol I guess she had went up to a group of people and was complaining about how her arm was hurting. When they asked her why….. she said I was playing with Bill’s thingy. She said the more she squeezed it… the harder it got!…lol Now everyone was laughing and she never had a clue to what she was saying. I guess she went on and on how hard it was…lol Now this is the same girl that thinks that Italian men are from Mexico…lol (long story) Well I did not get to workout yesterday….. I had 5 hours between my shifts and I used it all for sleep. (I know ….sleep is over rated) So today I’m going to hit my legs along with chest. The personal motivating business continues to build…. so I have been extra busy! I’m still in Love with the MAP products….. seem to work very good for me. I have finally seen my weight going up… weighed in yesterday at 208 pounds. Thats up 6 pounds…and have not gained a inch in the waist or anywhere else. So that leads me to believe it’s Muscle Mass…. Maybe water…. but I’m still calling it Mass…lol Well hope you all had a great Weekend!! Keep on keepin!

Okay after reading your responses to my last post…. I see most people are pretty flexable (Kinda like a Singapore hooker running a half off sale…lol) so I decided I really needed to take advantage of the School they are offering. So July 26th will be the magic day now. I repeat for you hard of reading…lol JULY 26th!! This way I will be finished with the school and can still become a champion Sloshball player…lol I’m hoping we can do some Sloshball… Volleyball….. Swimming …… Big Ass Fire After Dark …… Midnight Swimming …….. Tons of Food…. And Mega Booze!! I was thinking it would be fun right around dusk and after several hours of drinking….lol We should hold the 1st ever " THE CIRCLE " Body show! Thats right ….. it’s a all amature show…. with no winners just lots of flexing…..cheering…. and laughs for all!! I cant wait to show off my world famous Ninjabill 1-pack and Bulldog Combo…lmao I just want this to be a really fun and relaxing time for all…… You all have worked very hard on your goals…… and it’s time to celebrate our journey together. So get pumped up…… oiled up …… and super duper thirsty and be prepared to party!! I also feel Drunk Wheelbarrel Races would be fun!…. Chicken fights in the pool ( I’m on Stephs Shoulders….lmao ) Oh and maybe a cool game called ….. pick your spouses or friends butt out of a lineup while blindfolded…..lol Oh so many options!!!! Hello my Brothers and Sisters of Iron ass whipping! I hope this finds you all in great form (Circle Form) and busting more ass than a UFC fight night. Well as I approach 2 years of solid working out…. it amazes me that I still have to deal with fartknockers! (yep my term for dumbass people…lol) I like yourself get a ton of questions each day about fitness… and I’m very happy to answer everything I can. Now I dont know it all…but I know a little… or I know where to find out (you guys) so I never feel like I’m giving bad infomation to anyone. Now here is the deal! Why do the people in the worst body shape have to question or dispute any advice you try and share? I have this guy at work… no names mentioned… we will just call him Herman the Hippo…lol Now HH seems to know everything about any thing! You could be talking about how it feels to have a baby ( ummm only women really know) and old HH would dispute how bad the pain really is….lol Well the other night a female co-worker asked a question about working out and as I was giving her my advice…. old HH had to interject. Okay I know everyone will have diffrent ideas on what works and what dont…. but please if you have not really even tried working out…. dont tell me I’m wrong! Now you would have to see Herman Hippo to really understand why this pisses me off…lol He is about 6′0" and I would say around 290-325 lb range…. looks like he is melting…lol Some people are fat and carry the weight okay…. but then you have the Herman’s that have that drooping fat…. like I said looks like they are melting…lol Okay I’m not saying Herman is complety wrong in all his advice… I’m just saying…. dont preach to the choir! Dont stand there looking all Melty and try to tell some one what they need to do to firm up…lmao Ever wonder why Fat people dont make good Jenny Craig sales reps??….lol yeah he is that guy!! Now Herman has stated a hundred times I want to come and workout with you Bill…. and I have said come on… a hundred times… but Herman always has a excuse why he cant do it. He has a bad knee…. he has a upset stomach…. Back spazism….. Headache… sore throat…. little penis.. Large Vigina….lmao you get the point! I cant do legs for a few days (Yep had a 35 lb plate fall on my foot…ouch!) but there is no reason I cant do Arms, chest, shoulders….. hell I can even do legs if it’s like legs extenions. the thing is if you really want to …you can! Okay Herman just admit your Fat and lazy….. it’s okay! I always say… if your scared …say your scared! I know this is just a rant…but it came to mind….. while I was eating scrambled egg whites and my 7 hand counted almonds…lol Hey I dont claim to be the biggest and smartest bodybuilder in the world….. but I can say this!…. I’m a bodybuilder every day….. and I try to apply myself 110%. Thats it people…. dont be a Herman…lol Lead by example….not by what you have read! Okay you have all seen the dating videos in school…. you know the ones…. where NO! means NO! (please tell me that was not just a special video I had to watch…lol) Well after several months now of having a Bicep muscle pulled… I finally managed to mess it up good. Yep my left Bicep just said bite me dude…I’m not letting you beat me up any more! So while I was curling this AM… my arm went numb and then just kinda fell limb. At first I was like … WOW COOL Feeling! Then it went from cool to Oh damn that hurts…lol Well I have torn muscles before so this is not my first Rodeo! I also had to wake up and smell the coffee yesterday….. when I decided I would try and break my PB of 510 lbs on Squats. Well after I did my PB last week.. I have been very sore thru the neck area (bruised to the bone) my neck hurts no matter which way I turn my head. Now I have a Bar pad….. but I cant use it…. because I made fun of my wife for wanting one…lol I bought it for her…. and I swore I would bleed before I used it ( kinda girly… but damn bet it feels great…lol ) So yesterday I put 300 lbs on the bar and squat it three times to start getting use to the weight…. shoulders were really jacked. Well then I stepped up to 405 lbs…. well that was just not happening… NO IS NO!! Now I could have went all ninja on it… but hey sometimes you just have to step back and say…. not today! (Oh I will Beat it!) Well just remember NO IS NO!! listen to your body…. avoid injuries due to foolish pride. I know they say practice what you preach….. but I’m not gonna lie…. I will be lifting on this Arm tomorrow! Arms are so over rated!…lol Plus I can make a Bulldog with no Hands….lol Keep on Keepin!

You know sometimes you just have to do things in life for GP (General Purpose) you have to let your limits be known! Now working two jobs at the same place can sometimes be rough. Both departments want you to be there for them…when they need you. Now I really enjoy working and never turn down hours when they offer… if I can work them. Now my primary job is Rehab… but I usally work more hours in Security. Well here is the GP part! I dont take days off… I always cover extra shifts…. dont bitch about my job….. and work while I’m getting paid! …. but I feel there better be a touch of respect for a employee that actually works. You would think there would be?? Well here is the deal. Security has booked me all the way up till the end of June with work days…. some pretty weird hours to be honest. Now my Rehab Director is not known for being a liked person. I have seen the kind side of her a couple times…but I have seen the disrespectful side a lot more often. Well I finally got Security to send me to a school I have wanted to attend for over a year now (starting tomorrow) now the class is 8 Am to 4 PM each day this comming week. Well over the last few months I have picked up several shifts on Rehab…. plus stayed over… and came in early countless days. Well Friday Rehab called and asked if I would come in two hours early…. So I got of Security at 8 AM that morning… got in bed at 9 AM and was back to work at 2 PM on Rehab (like I said 2 hours early) Well I was thinking I better give my Rehab Director a heads up about this comming Tuesday. I get off School at 4 PM Tuesday and I’m supposed to be at work on the Rehab unit at 4 PM. So I told my Director worst case senerio I might be 10 minutes late Tuesday. I told her most likely I would be on time… but just in case I wanted her to know. WOW she blew up!! As always!! You would have thought I asked for a day off….or maybe the vacation I have never taken or asked for….. or maybe taken PTO (personal time off) that we earn each month….and I have a shit load saved up…because I dont take time off! Well after listening to a five minute rant….. something about how she owns me…lmao I thought to myself…. Self you dont need this shit!!….. or do you have to take it!!! I really dont need the Rehab job for the money to be honest. I like to work…but when you work hard and go that extra mile…. you would think they would want to keep you as a employee. Well she went home Early again Friday…and I stayed and worked and stewed on her lack of management skills! Now in her rant session she said I needed to pick up more hours on her unit…and less on Secuirty. Well I reminded her I make $3 more per hour on Security…Well that ticked her off! She then said I need to cover some of the hours of people taking vacation…. Well I reminded her I’m not required to cover PTO hours for other people….. and the last time I took a day off was for the Arnold… and she told me it was my responsability to find my own coverage. Well like I said the more I thought about it…the more it pissed me off! So I left her a two week notice under her office door.. before I went home. Yep she will get it tommorrow when she comes to work… Well that should really make her day. I have all ready put in for the extra hours on Security that I will be giving up. I also spoke to a couple other unit Directors about working for them…. and have three offers if I choose…. Right now I’m just going to work Secuirty and focus more on my Personal Motivator business. The building deal is not looking good right now….. not dead…but he is trying to play hardball on the price. Well I will let him set there and keep making his monthly payments till he see’s the market is not demanding that kind of money. I want a Gym…. but I wont over pay for a piece of property. Oh yeah the amount of days I have left on Rehab…. is not even half the days I have PTO. Ummmm! Guess that could be bad for my Director. Maybe thinking before you go and piss in someones wheaties would be a good idea! I know I can be replaced body wise…but lets see if she can find another dedicated employee that does all the extra stuff I do each shift. Oh well I know I will enjoy my extra time ….Wow might even get a weekend off…. I hope you all are doing well and I will try to catch up with you all this week. Keep on Keepin!
