Lets Do A Quickie!!

Hey just a real quick update. Well today is the start of week 5…. and holy shit I exploded! I did chest today..( and without really resting up )…. I did 3 sets 0f 5 at 275 lbs… then drop setted to 225 lbs and was still hitting 10-12 reps. Then did Dumbbell pull overs, flys, Axes ( My exercise )  and cable pushdowns. I used the Max calculator to figure out what range I would be in  ( if I had a spotter ) and I’m around 342 lbs max. Thats a 42 pound increase in the last 5 weeks on my bench…. not too bad!  Well I hope you all are getting your fill of the Iron…Keep on Keepin!

Well hello all. I just thought I would give a quick update on whats going down. Still doing the stack…and still loving the gains/strength and feel of it all. I do want you to know though, you need to research more about this before you take my advice and try it. I spoke to Trixter747 (AKA "THE FOUNTAIN OF KNOWLEDGE") and found out a few things about my stack I did not know. So there are a few precautions you need to take when you start stacking Hardcore stuff. There is no doubt it works…. just have to think about the chance of some long term effects and protect yourself against them. Not a ton going on right now in my life… just working/ working out (best part) and training others.  I hope you all are reaching new heights in your training!  Keep on Keepin and the "BIG will happen

Trust Or Test Your Trainer??

Well Yesterday I had 2 client’s coming over to train…so I decided to do a little test on them. When the first one arrived a guy I have been training close to 11 months now, I told him here is the deal. Today you don’t pay to train… you are in charge here! You are going to train us both. He seemed to be very excited about the thought of this… I’m sure he was more excited about getting to dish some a$$ whooping out on me…lol My thought was this. I wanted to show my clients there is more to training someone then counting their reps! Right away he asked… what body part we working?  Don’t ask me…Tell me I said! Well he did just what I thought he would do. With out any thought to hitting certain muscles groups , or thought of how each muscle in that group will be effected… he just starts out trying to hit the exercises he hates to do the most. Tells me to start with Rocky’s… then looks at me as to say go. I asked what weight do I need to use? How many sets and reps? Well he started with one question after another. I said wait a minute here… you have been training with me now for 11 months and you have no idea what exercises do what to what muscle group? I asked okay what group are we training? He said I’m not sure. I asked then why the hell am I doing Rocky’s? Is this not a shoulder exercise? Well it was really amazing to see…that for the last 11 months… this guy has been nothing but a puppet on a string! He had not learned anything from my training , but how to take orders! I can’t believe when he comes into my gym all he does is goes thru the motions. I know some would say…That’s why he pays you! Yes I agree I get paid to train him and keep him on track, but is he really learning anything from this? It’s obvious now to me…hell no! Well for the hour session I could tell he was getting my point. I could charge up to $45 per hour to train people…I don’t! I charge $15 per hour… because I want people to be able to afford it. I just want theses people to truly be getting something out of it, besides  sore muscles and sweaty clothes (okay I want that also…lol)  I want them to be able to make healthy choices in and out of the gym.  Well after the session I looked at him…. and asked… why are you here?  He said  he wanted to be a Bodybuilder/ be in shape . Then damn man…become one! What if I die tomorrow? are you done too?  He said he never really looked at it like this before….. he has not been bodybuilding….. he has just been a yes man!  I think he got more out of this training than any other we have ever done!  Well my second client was a female I have been training about 7 months now…. it was the same story….but she avoided any exercise that involved any challenge. When it was all over…she got the same questions and the same thought induced barrage.

Damn People wake up! If you need a trainer..Thats fine. Not everyone has the interest in learning the muscle groups/ muscle fibers and so on…. but if you paying someone to train you… at least take in what they are teaching you. Don’t be afraid to ask questions. If you do it because your trainer says so…. how do you know they are not wrong?  Like Supplements… I will admit I take them with out really studying them. Hell Jim-Bob says this is the best shit in the world…I’ll try it…lol  Okay I’m a Retard!..lol  Don’t do as I do because I do it. Like the Stack I’m on…. I know it’s working..why is it working?  Hell I don’t really know. I was told it jacks up your "T" so I guess thats why it works. Am I sure?  Hell No! It seems to work for me…. does that mean it will work for you? maybe!  People ask why would you want to possibly drive off clients?  I don’t at all…. I just want my clients to be really truly getting trained. Not just Muscles, but mind also. As a trainer is this not the right thing to do? If your a trainer… I would hope you would answer that with a yes! I think this test…really made my client’s understand I care more about them than their money… and I’m sure it will take us to new levels together in our training!  Keep on Keepin!

P.S.  Check for yourself…. go to youtube.com and search any Bodybuilder you want that endorses a certain brand of Supplement. Like Jay Cutler for Muscle-Tech ( Sorry Jay for picking you). Now  search videos on their diet, their life style etc:  Tell me how many times you see Jay Cutler in a video using a Muscle -Tech Product?  We all know that sex sales in just about every market …. but in the supplement world… Muscle sales. If Jay Uses it…. it must be good!  That’s Business folks…. Educate yourself!  Or just be like me and make a monthly budget you plan on spending to make yourself try and feel good!….lol

Mr. Happy Stack!!

Okay folks just a little update! I just finished week 3 of my Stack and this has been the biggest change week of all (excited about week 4) "THE BIG" is happening! This week has been a Compliment whores dream!.. lol  I felt like Jay Cutler Yesterday when I walked into Subway to grab a 1 foot for $5 deal. You ever really think about the look on your face when you meet one of your bodybuilding hero’s? that blank stare…lol  Well that’s the  look I kept getting yesterday and it was weird but awsome! The 4 girls working the counter all stared and then made several comments about making their Husbands start eating the Chicken Breast…. lol No Sh*t this stack has been a true dream come true so far for me! I have always been kinda interested in steroids and thought about taking them… but the thought of jail time or the loss of my job just did not seem like fun…lol  I had wished for a supplement that would give me the results of a steroid with out the jail time… and I would have to say this Stack has come pretty close so far. My Muscles are getting so much firmer / rounder/ larger / it’s un freaking real. All my client’s / co-workers / Wife and complete strangers have let me know this stuff is working. Oh did I mention the strength gains?  Thats crazy too!  I’m reping about 25 lbs heavier for more sets and reps then I was 3 weeks ago. We all know that more ass weight…means more ass muscle!  one of my clients came over last night and was laughing because I came down in my shorts and fuzzy slippers to train him…..  I benched 120 lbs more then his max (cold) and then asked how funny my fuzzy slippers were?…lol  Yeah he wants to order the stack now! I really can’t say any more about being pleased with the results so far…with out sounding like a broken record! Oh and Bro’s of all things Iron…. if you are over 40 and your  big "T" starts falling off we all know what that means!  Start fighting mitts ( man tits) and in the sack… well lets just say…. some race horses have run better races…lol   Well in the 3 weeks I have been on this stack…. My Wife has really fell in love with it!…lol  It’s crazy….. I feel like I’m 18 again…. and every chance I get I take advantage of it. My Wife Swore when this stack is over….she is buying my next!…lol  (wink) Thats a great feeling to know…. not only am I getting bigger….my Wife won’t be leaving me for some pool boy!…lol  Well I’m headed into week 4 and I will keep you updated…. like I said I will post pics after week 8….and you can tell me if it worked or not! Keep on keepin my Brothers and Sisters of all things Iron!

Do Not Disturb… I’m Disturbed Enough!!

Okay I really have nothing today… No Really!..lol The only thing I can think about before I hit the Gym is this…. I’m leaving the Bullsh*t at the door! I have to focus more (and I know this) when I slide under my bar…that bar is the only thing I need to be thinking about! I don’t give a sh*t how many plates set on the ends of my bar, total weight, crush factor….. that bar is my B*tch. If I want it to go up…it goes up….. same with down, sideways…where ever I place it. When I close the gym door…. I close out the world! Money don’t matter under my bar!  Love don’t Matter under my bar! Client’s don’t matter under my bar! Renters don’t matter under my bar! Nothing but me matters under my bar!  Selfish?  Hell yeah it is! I want it and I’m taking it! I don’t ask you to spot me…or stack plates on my bar…. that’s my bar… my pain, my gain and my success! I’m not afraid to own my failures….. they are fuel for future success! The only thing I ask from the world while I’m in my Gym and under my bar is this…. Don’t F*cking Knock if the door is closed!  Keep on Keepin!

If You Don’t Mind… It Don’t Matter!

Oh I have done it..and I see it all the time, The dreaded mind f*cking! I think more people fail in the Gym because they fail in their mind, before they ever really get started. I know this has been said before… but I’m going to say it again. Bodybuilding is a Life choice not a matter of fact. Example : People  just can’t say hey I think I’m going to be a Bodybuilder and thats it…. you have to be willing to put the time in and do the work!

People come to me more as a motivator than as a trainer I would say. People seem to be able to work things out for themselves over time… when it comes to lifting and form, but it’s the getting past the time thing they always seem to need help with. Most of my clients need someone to push them (guiding them helps of course) but having someone in their face holds them accountable. Most people are not as afraid of letting themselves down, as they are of letting someone else down…. and I think that’s sad! I always say make yourself happy first….and whoever you can please along the way is just a bonus!….lol I always hear the same ole-words come out of almost every client I have, when I force Rep them….. I can’t! That’s when I shout…. You mean I Can’t stop right?? It’s amazing how not allowing someone to mind f*ck themselves out of the game will bring results. It’s said it’s Mind over matter…. and I say…. if you don’t mind…. it don’t matter! Concentrait more on the positive of the action, rather than the negative.

Here is a little trick I use (you can laugh if you like…but $100 says it helps) You almost have to role play! Thats right role play!  I want to become as big as possible muscle wise…. pick a Bodybuilder you admire (yes you can pick me…lol ) and in your mind become that person. when you hit the Gym… hit the Gym as Arnold, Jay Cutler, Jonnie Jackson, Dexter, Dennis Wolf, Markus Ruhl, Ronnie Coleman…..Elmer F*cking Fudd….whoever you admire and work thru your workout like you would see them working thru your workout. Do the same for Nutirtion, sleeping, supplements and life in general! Now I know you may think that sounds crazy…. but think about it! When you are living the life you wish you could be living….how can you go wrong? Okay so you have to hold a job to to eat….thats the only kicker….lol I’m just saying here people….. succeed in your mind… and you will succeed in life! When you mind  F*ck yourself out of it before you even try…. then your already doomed… why even waist you time? Building a Bodybuilder ego…is all part of building a Bodybuilders body! That’s the way I see it. So never say you can’t… because you can!  Keep on Keepin!

Shut Your Pie Hole!

You know it always amazes me! No matter how long you are away from this site…. you come back and you still read the same old blogs over and over (not all blogs…just some) You always have that one person that can’t work out because of shoulder injuries….psst  hey you still have legs/ Abs you can work on till the shoulder is ready to rock! Then you have the one person crying… how bad they feel for cheating on their diet. pssst if you did not tell us…we would not know!..lol  I would say it’s like 60% of the blogs you read are full of excuses of why things are just not happening ….. the transformation is at a stand still. Here is the best tip I have…. It’s U!  Now we all get beat up / muscles torn / don’t eat right / and hit walls in our training / life happens… that’s normal. The trick is this… when you are up against a wall…. don’t lean on it and cry….. find a way to climb! Get over it and move the F*ck on! If you know your not eating right…Shut your Pie hole! (as in don’t eat the sh*t) You don’t have to tell us…. you already know..Just correct it!  I get asked how to make your triceps grow bigger….. ummmm no secret … U just work them harder! You want more size…eat more, lift more…. want to be smaller…. eat less and exercise! Wow I think I just screwed up a chance at writing a 500 page book on Making the Big happen…lol U are the key component to your success! Supplements help…… but unless you bust your ass…. they are useless!! In August I will be at my 3 year mark for working out regular…. I’m no where close to where I thought I would be over 2 years ago when I started…but I know that’s my fault! I don’t blame my friends for wanting to come over and cook out and drink Beer…. that’s on me!  I don’t have a 6-pack….. not because of poor Genetics…it’s because I drank a 6-pack!  lol   Let’s be real people…let’s own up to our badges. You look soft….it’s because your training soft! They say there is no I in the word team… well there is in the word Individual (3 I’s to be correct…lol) and that’s what bodybuilding is…. a Individual sport! You can come here for support…but no one can haul your load for you. U have to be a Individual and step up and save your own ass…in this game! Start with being honest with yourself….. do you really want to put the effort into the desired look your trying to achieve? Until you can honestly say YES….. then your waisting your time! Now move your ass and move some Iron…and watch things start to happen!

You Can Teach A Old Dogg A New Trick!!!

Hey folks!  well I know it’s been awhile since I blogged… but life just seems to be so busy anymore. I’m still pounding the Iron and training others (basically loving it) but I’m really excited about whats happening. I have a guy I work with (Big Sum B*tch) he also loves to work out. So every chance we get to talk, we talk Iron and working out and supplements. Now Brett just seems to be full of knowledge when it comes to Supplements and the weights he pushes is just crazy (like a 460 lb bench) so I try to soak up as much info from him as I can. Well after a year of questions he finally gave me the answer I was looking for! I have tried to get him to tell me what he really uses to boost his strength and size… I knew it was not protien alone. Well he gave me the name of 3 products to stack together for 8 weeks… taking 1 pill of each twice a day. Well it’s been about a week now…and It’s crazy!! My strength, Stamina, intensity…and yes I’m starting to see some size difference already. I have also been leaning down some as I gain more muscle…which helps with the size appearance. After this 8 week cycle…I promise to post some new Progress pics….Hell if it continues like this I will really want to show off….lol I hope to make it to the Arnold on Sunday if I can… can’t promise but I’m gonna try.
