Saturday, January 24th, 2009Okay I hate to admit this…but the Cardio is helping in so many ways! Yeah for the longest time I avoided Cardio like the plague. I told myself that I did not want to lose all the weight I was putting on or the muscle mass…. the truth was this…. I was to damn lazy to do it!….lol I would say things like… if I get big enough I won’t have to run… from anything or anyone…lol I was one of the Worlds biggest cardio avoiders. Well after seeing (and hearing) that my muscles was really not muscle , but mostly fat… I had to take a real good look inside and be honest with myself. I knew I ate pretty clean and I worked out regular…but I was just not getting the look I was shooting for. Now I don’t want to be a paper doll… but I would like to have some defined size. Well I knew the only way I was going to achieve this was to get off my ass and get moving. So now I do Cardio 3-4 times a week…. I have went from a very heavy breathing walk…to a almost normal breathing run…lol I have stepped up my one mile on the Treadmill to at least five miles (with a incline) I have also added distance to my biking. Now here is a few benefits I have noticed. First… The Belly is slimming down some. Second… Even though I’m gaining weight… I’m not getting soft…so I know more of my weight is muscle mass. Third…. more stamina….. not only during my workouts…. but also at work (climbing all the stairs) to my private time with my wife
Thats a good thing! Well anyways I’m glad I started…and wish I had done it sooner. I ordered some Supplements today….
