Hey folks! Well I know I have not posted here in ages…. but I have not stopped hitting the Gym! I have been keeping in touch daily with trixter747, Geminijedi , Pixi, and Bulldogz (Adam, Courtney,Anna and Laurie ) Also Big Al and Curt James via Facebook. www.facebook.com/ninjabill if you would like to contact me. Well folks I have passed the 300 lb mark on the bench and continue to increase muscle size…. last time I measured my bicep it was 19 inches. I had gotten up to 223 lbs and was feeling pretty good! Well things have changed a little. I have switched directions in my training for now at least…. I have took a interest in MMA fighting and have been trying to get into it. I have found a local Gym that trains fighters ( Called the Wreckroom) you can google it and see what they are about. They fight right here out of my home town of Mansfield, Ohio. I hope to get to start training with them real soon. The biggest problem is my schedule from work…. working the Graveyard shift is tough. They start training at around 6:30 pm at night….. I always try to get a nap before I go to work at night… don’t sleep much during the day! Well as for now… I have increased (or should I say started…lol) my cardio program and my Wife has put me on portion control at meals…lol My Goal is to drop back down to 205 lbs and fight light Heavy weight. Okay the biggest thing I have to deal with is my age! In the state of Ohio…to fight MMA over the age of 35 years old…. you either have to have a MRI or a Cat Scan every year and that can mean big money! So I’m trying to find a way around the red tape. Hell age is just a number to me…. I know I’m stronger and tougher now than I was when I was 21. I have started some Beverley supplements to help me keep the muscle mass and lower the fat ratio..seems to be working pretty good so far! I will keep you posted as things go along…. please feel free to hit me up on facebook if you use it. Keep on Keepin all!

Rumor has it I died…or fell of the face of the Earth. Well folks sorry no such luck!
Truth is…. I’m still hitting it and going strong. I have been spending time on facebook…. playing some games and just being stupid but I’m still in the Gym hitting it.
I have pretty much stopped training others for awhile….really need to focus on me! I just don’t feel with all the time I spent training others I was getting the quality time in the Gym I needed. It was never about the money, so now I’m in Ninjabill mode! I continue to make gains in the Gym strength wise….which in turn transforms into Muscle size. I’m up to about 217 lbs right now and have dropped one waist size…… but have to buy my pants larger to get them up over my thighs.
I pretty much do reps in the 5-10 range at around 265 lbs Three years ago my goal was to some day bench 250 lbs
Yep pretty much beat that goal! Last month I passed my three year mark! I was pretty excited about that…. really never thought I would still be hitting it three years later….and still loving it!
Have a few friends from here on Facebook….. we have a pretty good time! Plus my Wife uses that site….so it’s good to mess with her…lol Well below is a picture I took of me benching (raised leg Bench press) and had my 14 year old Son stand behind me…so then I cropped Laurie’s Head on to it….Bulldogz. She is a lot of fun to mess with…lol

Well really not much new in my world….. please drop me a line or comment here and let me know how your doing! Oh yeah and for those of you wondering…. I still wear my Fuzzy slippers….lol

Well Folks lets take a ride down memory lane! In 2006 after about 10 years of being out of the Gym…. I decided I wanted to start working out again So I did! I went back into the Gym ( Bill’s Basement Bardending Gym ) a home Gym with a limited amount of weights and a unsure amount of desire. Well in the past I had worked out off and on for years (when I was in the Military) and it seemd like I just never really stuck with it. Well I am older now and Married with kids and really didn’t know why I was wanting to work out, But I started anyways! Well here it is almost 3 years later (Next Month) and I’m still at it. I have gained more size than I ever really dreamed I would because I never thought I would stick with it this long. I train alone (which for most is harder to do…to keep that motivation alive)… No spotters no distractions! I like the feeling of being alone with the Iron…. most people say it’s foolish to lift without a spotter, but I feel Spotters make you weak! You know in the back of your mind if I can’t get this up my Spotter will save me. When I hit the Gym I know that I have to save my own ass… Fear is a great motivator!
When I started in 2006 150 pounds seemed heavy….. now in 2009 I push 300 + pounds on my bench press …. Squat over 500 pounds and have built my little Gym into a desired place to work out. I started training others about a year and a half ago…. I love to train..I love to talk about training.. and I really love training others! My Gym Is Small….very Small. It’s filled with free weights and I have to move the bench out of the room to do my leg workouts… When people ask if I will train them…. I always ask them…. Have you been to the Gym at the YMCA? Well my Gym’s like that but different….lol I can always see it on their faces the first time they come to my Gym…WOW (Small) this is it? Then when they Leave…. they have a new respect for my little Gym. I prove to them..You don’t have to be fancy to get the job done. I have had dozens of clients start…make one workout and never come back. Most of them say I train to hard…they wan’t to start easy. Well the only thing Easy about "truly" working out is Yesterday’s workout!! If you don’t really want to train hard….. and are not ready to get sweaty…. then you better stay at the YMCA!!
Well I guess what I saying here is this…. Muscles don’t happen over night! You have to be dedicated to working out and do it for some time before all your hard work will show…. and when I say "HARD" I mean hard work and not just showing up at the Gym! So to all my friends that have shared the last three years with me on here….and are still hitting it "HARD" Congrats to you on your transformations!! I have really enjoyed the Journey we have shared so far and look forward to the Journey to come! Now to all of you out there just starting out…. YOU CAN DO THIS! Attitude is everything….. if you think you can…You can! Find some friends on here to help you…. not just people that have been doing this for years…but find a friend or Two that are just starting out like yourself…. and help keep each other motivated. Then 3 years from now…you and your good friends can take a walk down memory lane…..with your new body! Keep on Keepin!
I have to many friends to mention them all….. but I would like to thank some of the closest friends I have shared over the last 3 years on here. So thank you very very much to the following!
" The Fountian of Knowledge" Adam and his Lovely Wife Courtney , The Lovely "Flying Butterfly" Anna( Pixi) , My Docking Brother with many male member Malipulation tricks..lol Nic , Couple Fellow Buckeyes and 1st in show Winners "B" (Aka Bryan) and his work out Partner Susan. Well I was thinking the other night as I was shaving in the mirror…. why do I put myself thru all the pain of lifting and training? I’m 41 years old, married with 3 kids and have never really achieved any real success in my life. I mean I’m not a top bodybuilder, famous person, successful business man…. I’m just your average joe! Working to make a living…. and wishing I could do better for my kids. Well then I came on here and read Bryan G’s Blog http://blog.bodybuilding.com/BryanGee/2009/06/18/who-knows-the-reason-why/
and that made me think again about the question I had asked myself…Why? Well to be honest it’s simple! This is the first time in my life…people see me different then they saw / judged me before. Growing up I was always the small guy… the one that was always at the end of a short or skinny joke. I hated it..I dispised it with everything I had inside…but acted like it never bothered me. So now I lift because it has given me a new Idenity. I still may be short, but I don’t hear about it anymore…. most people know me for my Arm size…thats what I hear most of now. People want to know how I got myself so big. I have never deined being a compliment whore..matter of fact I took pride in it! I still do….. everytime I hear a comment….it drives me that much harder. Yeah I’m 41 years old and married with 3 kids….. but I’m in the best shape of my life….stronger than I have ever been….. I’m not famous or rich…. but I’m one lucky sum beach to be the Father of 3 wonderful boys….. who think I’m Superman! Have a Happy Fathers Day my Brothers of the Iron! Keep on Keepin All!

Hey peep’s how have you all been? It’s been awhile since I posted on here. I have not stopped working out, if anything I have stepped it up a little. I’m still training others and getting plenty of Iron myself. I’m holding around 210lbs but looking leaner than before. Okay here is why I have not been on here in awhile… Mafia Wars! lol that’s right..Facebook has this stupid little addicting game called Mafia Wars…. and everytime I get on line all I can do is kill or be killed…lol Yeah that’s the whole reason..honest! A few friends from THE CIRCLE have joined and we battle together. Well besides lifting the Iron…working and trying to stay above water is all I do. I hope you all are still hitting it hard and looking very sexy! Drop me a line and I will stop more often….. Keep on Keepin!

Hey folks! Well I know it’s been awhile since I posted ,but here is the deal. Well you all know I was doing a very serious stack of three supplements. I was doing a 8 week stack (I should have only done 3-4 weeks tops) of the three. I was completely amazed at the strength gains I got off this stack . I ended up reping at 315 lbs …. the strength was intense! Well the kicker was this. The fountain of Knowledge (AKA Trixter747) warned me about doing this stack so long and the risk I was taking. Well once I got going and saw the numbers I was putting up..I wanted more! I was doing 8 weeks and that was that. Well at week 7 thing’s started to change a little. First I noticed my ankles swelling…then my stomach bloated beyond words! I was retaining water everywhere. Then I started to get serious pains in my Kidneys. I would wake up in the morning and feel like I had been kidney punched all night…lol Well after talking to a Doctor at work…he informed me I was most likely going into renal failure. That means my kidney’s were shutting down…. not good! Well I have been drinking Cranberry juice and grapefruit juice for days now…. have stopped all my supplements and have to watch what I eat. I called Trixter747 and he once again gave me some great advice on how to detox my system. Okay bottom line folks….. the stack worked like I never dreamed! but you better listen to the labels on these bottles…they are there for a reason! I will now cleanse my system for about 6-8 weeks before I start the stack again. Next round is 3 weeks and off…thats it! I can’t see myself going 3 times a week to get dialysis with a shaft in my arm. I’m hard headed ( Trixter747 told me so…he knows me to well…lol ) so I have to stop doing shit Bill’s way and do it right. Bill’s way leads to death…pretty sure of that!…lol Keep on Keepin my Brothers and Sisters of all things Iron!

Well folks going into week 7 (of the stack) in 2 more days! Okay this week I could kick my own ass (and should) Well first off I was getting a pretty crappy chest cold…. so I tried to stay out of the Gym some to rest up (okay that did not happen…lol) Then My wife lost her job of 6 years ( yeah times are getting tough everywhere) So what did I do? I went food crazy! I swear I ate everything I could get my hands on…. my gut really took the blunt of it! Well on the strength side…I continue to get stronger. I reped 300 lbs 2x 2 after I had stack reped from 225 lbs. Then my Wife came down and I did 285 lbs for her (showig off)…. she used her cell phone to video it. Now if she just had a adapter I could post it! In the Video…I made sure to show off my Fuzzy slippers…lol Well I have my PCT ready to start in a couple weeks (it came yesterday) I know I will be bummed when I start loosing some of this strength….but in about 6 weeks I will hit it again! I’m hooked on this shit now…I really want to bench over 400 lbs someday! Keep on Keepin my Beefy and Sexy friends!

Hey just a real quick update. Well today is the start of week 5…. and holy shit I exploded! I did chest today..( and without really resting up )…. I did 3 sets 0f 5 at 275 lbs… then drop setted to 225 lbs and was still hitting 10-12 reps. Then did Dumbbell pull overs, flys, Axes ( My exercise ) and cable pushdowns. I used the Max calculator to figure out what range I would be in ( if I had a spotter ) and I’m around 342 lbs max. Thats a 42 pound increase in the last 5 weeks on my bench…. not too bad! Well I hope you all are getting your fill of the Iron…Keep on Keepin!

Well hello all. I just thought I would give a quick update on whats going down. Still doing the stack…and still loving the gains/strength and feel of it all. I do want you to know though, you need to research more about this before you take my advice and try it. I spoke to Trixter747 (AKA "THE FOUNTAIN OF KNOWLEDGE") and found out a few things about my stack I did not know. So there are a few precautions you need to take when you start stacking Hardcore stuff. There is no doubt it works…. just have to think about the chance of some long term effects and protect yourself against them. Not a ton going on right now in my life… just working/ working out (best part) and training others. I hope you all are reaching new heights in your training! Keep on Keepin and the "BIG will happen

Well Yesterday I had 2 client’s coming over to train…so I decided to do a little test on them. When the first one arrived a guy I have been training close to 11 months now, I told him here is the deal. Today you don’t pay to train… you are in charge here! You are going to train us both. He seemed to be very excited about the thought of this… I’m sure he was more excited about getting to dish some a$$ whooping out on me…lol My thought was this. I wanted to show my clients there is more to training someone then counting their reps! Right away he asked… what body part we working? Don’t ask me…Tell me I said! Well he did just what I thought he would do. With out any thought to hitting certain muscles groups , or thought of how each muscle in that group will be effected… he just starts out trying to hit the exercises he hates to do the most. Tells me to start with Rocky’s… then looks at me as to say go. I asked what weight do I need to use? How many sets and reps? Well he started with one question after another. I said wait a minute here… you have been training with me now for 11 months and you have no idea what exercises do what to what muscle group? I asked okay what group are we training? He said I’m not sure. I asked then why the hell am I doing Rocky’s? Is this not a shoulder exercise? Well it was really amazing to see…that for the last 11 months… this guy has been nothing but a puppet on a string! He had not learned anything from my training , but how to take orders! I can’t believe when he comes into my gym all he does is goes thru the motions. I know some would say…That’s why he pays you! Yes I agree I get paid to train him and keep him on track, but is he really learning anything from this? It’s obvious now to me…hell no! Well for the hour session I could tell he was getting my point. I could charge up to $45 per hour to train people…I don’t! I charge $15 per hour… because I want people to be able to afford it. I just want theses people to truly be getting something out of it, besides sore muscles and sweaty clothes (okay I want that also…lol) I want them to be able to make healthy choices in and out of the gym. Well after the session I looked at him…. and asked… why are you here? He said he wanted to be a Bodybuilder/ be in shape . Then damn man…become one! What if I die tomorrow? are you done too? He said he never really looked at it like this before….. he has not been bodybuilding….. he has just been a yes man! I think he got more out of this training than any other we have ever done! Well my second client was a female I have been training about 7 months now…. it was the same story….but she avoided any exercise that involved any challenge. When it was all over…she got the same questions and the same thought induced barrage.
Damn People wake up! If you need a trainer..Thats fine. Not everyone has the interest in learning the muscle groups/ muscle fibers and so on…. but if you paying someone to train you… at least take in what they are teaching you. Don’t be afraid to ask questions. If you do it because your trainer says so…. how do you know they are not wrong? Like Supplements… I will admit I take them with out really studying them. Hell Jim-Bob says this is the best shit in the world…I’ll try it…lol Okay I’m a Retard!..lol Don’t do as I do because I do it. Like the Stack I’m on…. I know it’s working..why is it working? Hell I don’t really know. I was told it jacks up your "T" so I guess thats why it works. Am I sure? Hell No! It seems to work for me…. does that mean it will work for you? maybe! People ask why would you want to possibly drive off clients? I don’t at all…. I just want my clients to be really truly getting trained. Not just Muscles, but mind also. As a trainer is this not the right thing to do? If your a trainer… I would hope you would answer that with a yes! I think this test…really made my client’s understand I care more about them than their money… and I’m sure it will take us to new levels together in our training! Keep on Keepin!
P.S. Check for yourself…. go to youtube.com and search any Bodybuilder you want that endorses a certain brand of Supplement. Like Jay Cutler for Muscle-Tech ( Sorry Jay for picking you). Now search videos on their diet, their life style etc: Tell me how many times you see Jay Cutler in a video using a Muscle -Tech Product? We all know that sex sales in just about every market …. but in the supplement world… Muscle sales. If Jay Uses it…. it must be good! That’s Business folks…. Educate yourself! Or just be like me and make a monthly budget you plan on spending to make yourself try and feel good!….lol
