I won 1st place in Junior womens bodybuilding! I was the only competitor, but that doesn’t make me sad, cause it means I’m the only Junior women bodybuilder in my area! I’m glad I made it that far. It was tough. The day of the competition I weighed 98.4 lbs. I also won 2009 Best Female Poser!! I have received several compliments on my body and my posing. I am very impressed with myself, especially for being 18 and being able to do this!

Okay, I am 13 weeks out from my competition, and I think I’m ready to start dieting.
I am at 120.1 lbs.
Every week I will post my progress… hopefully if school doesn’t get in the way.
I do not have a trainer, and I am making everything up :S But I know I’ll do okay. I’ve done the last two competitions by myself.

Just letting it out.
So there is a bodybuilding competition coming at the beginning of June. The president expects me to do fitness… Which I am afraid I might not be able to do. I’ve never been in gymnastics, but I’m sure I can manage some stunts :S
So scared!!! And I’ll be on TV, and if I screw up, the whole world will laugh at me

Today I feel not so pretty. I’ve gained so much weight…
I am now at 21% bodyfat. I don’t like the offseason any more… I have a competition in June.

Well I’m going into a figure competition in April. I’m not quite ready yet, its too hard to balance school, work, extracurricular activites, and fitness. And I don’t know how to pose quite yet, I don’t have anybody to teach me in person. Is it possible to just learn from videos? Pretty nervous :S

Well thank you all for the comments and stuff. It makes me feel very confident… Well today… I don’t have a specific diet or anything cause i wouldn’t know what to eat… But breakfast I had a bowl of oatmeal, an apple, a kiwi, a yogurt, and a protein shake… I went to school, and I had stage band at lunch… I am a percussionist for band… I had a sandwich lol… After school I went tanning and then I went home and cooked a chicken breast and had some soup.. And the rest of the day went by fast… I’ve been on this site… and I’ve been looking in the mirror complaining but I’ll be going to the gym today with my boyfriend and we’re working on legs. L8ers

Well… I’m starting this blog… I don’t know what to write… but I’ll start off with what I did today… Well.. school… and then I worked out my back and biceps with my boyfriend… Now I’m pretty tired. My boyfriend plans on putting me in a competition in April and we’re pretty excited for it… I’ve been on this website for an hour today so far and I love getting these comments cause it makes me feel good about myself and that I’m going to be successful… I don’t really like putting up pictures of my body… but I guess how can show any of my results if I’m fully dressed? Alrighty, later
