My Diet

Just thought id throw my diet up here for you guys to see.

7.00am    porridge, 3 egg whites and 1 whole egg.
10.00am  Can of Tuna, whole wheat spaghetti and mixed veg.
01.00pm  Turkey, whole wheat spaghetti and mixed veg.
04.00pm  Meal replacement shake.
7.00pm   Stake or Turkey or Chicken, whole wheat spaghetti and mixed veg.
09.00pm  Post Workout Protein shake.

Thats it, i think i have to much whole wheat spaghetti and mixed veg lol.

    Hey man, looks like a good schedule. You’ve got your protein intake high so that’s great. If you are having any trouble putting on muscle, you might consider spacing your meals 2 or 2.5 hours apart rather than 3. That is of course if you have the time to make such an adjustment. I usually work between 2 and 2 and a half hours between meals and i find that in the morning i need more frequant meals than in the evening (i lift in the morning, so go figure). As for the pasta, whole wheat pasta is a great food item. As long as you aren’t putting on fat, then i would say stick with what you’ve got.

    Cheers for the advice dude, the fat is keeping off, i gotta step up my cardio a bit tho, i might start doing 2 an half hours for a couple of weeks see how that goes, im just gonna be eating all the time lol cheers dude and good luck with your progress.
