Just thought id throw my diet up here for you guys to see.
7.00am porridge, 3 egg whites and 1 whole egg.
10.00am Can of Tuna, whole wheat spaghetti and mixed veg.
01.00pm Turkey, whole wheat spaghetti and mixed veg.
04.00pm Meal replacement shake.
7.00pm Stake or Turkey or Chicken, whole wheat spaghetti and mixed veg.
09.00pm Post Workout Protein shake.
Thats it, i think i have to much whole wheat spaghetti and mixed veg lol.

Just got back from Birmingham UK where they had the first bodybuilding and mma show there.
It was wicked i met Big Phil Heath, Dorian Yates who also helped organize it i thinkĀ and I see Kai Greene do some crazy posing set it was great. Also saw Daz Ball from UK and Flex Lewis good to see some more geezas getting big in the Bodybuilding scene from the UK
Great day out definetly go again next year!

Ahhh i look at the pics from last year and cant believe i stopped my progress and started eating rubbish and slacking off at the gym, my motivation went super south around december no excuses its because i just lost interest and got lazy. But being back on here surfing the other profiles you guys really inspire me to get into it for life im already back on my clean eating just gotta step up the gym time and stick with it. So my progress pics wont show me any better in fact they probably show me worse than when i started lol but heres to sticking to it this time
