Amazing!
Well, I almost made it! It’s Saturday and I am supposed to be at the gym today, but just couldn’ do it! I’ve given in to a day off! Tomorrow was supposed to be my day off but after last night I don’t think I can handle anymore till I get some rest! I knew what I was getting myself into though by starting this workout. It’s more intense than anything I’ve ever tried. So I’m really looking forward to seeing the results!
I did pretty good though..5 days straight of working out hard. I’m sure in a few weeks it will be a bit easier. I’m used to doing maybe 3 days on, one day off, so it’s a little harder this way. But I know it’s working cuz I can feel it! I’m working muscles I’ve never directly worked before and it’s such a different feeling. But it’s great! I’ve never done an upright row till I started this workout..my traps are screamin’! I’ve also never done so many bicep curls!
But hopefully this workout gets me closer to reaching my goal of more strength and muscle! I need a booty! I’m lacking in that area! hehe!
