I did 20 minutes of cardio and On the menu today…
..B: oatmeal with protein powder and berries
S:Protein shake and supps
L:brown rice, tuna , and peas. Plus a few baby carrots
S:greek yogurt and an apple
D: steak with onions, peppers, asparagus, and brown rice
S: I’m about to have another shake
