Forearm injury
I slipped on a sheet of ice at work the other day and injured my right forearm. It did not break but I think the bone is brused. It really hurts with periods of sharp stabbing pain. So unfortunatley my lifting goals have to get put on hold. Which now allows me to get back to my cardio/weight loss program. Today I wanted to get a starting point to gauge where I am considering it has been almost a year since I raelly did much cardio. was able to run a 10min mile on the tread mill which I think is not to bad. I now have a goal to get down to an 8 min mile in the next 2 weeks.

Ouch. You might want to get an X-ray. Good luck with the cardio.
