It has been way to long since my last entry. I have been holding true to my diet and have been keeping up my activity level. I have not dropped any wieght, but am feeling tighter over all. I think my main problem is the lack of activity during work hours. (damn office job). However I accured a total gym for the office. Like the on Chuck Norris endorsess. I hope that will help me out.

Does anyone have much experience on these machines? I would love to hear any feed back or advice about them.

As of Sunday Sept 16, I have gone 11 months of no smoking. I owe this great success to the decision to change my life style. I know that if I start smoking again, that it will hinder my performance, and set me back from all of my progress and fitness goals.

I have taken a week off doe to sickness. I am feeling well enought o get back on track. It is a good thing that my diet didn’t change while I was sick, That shows some good discipline. ;-)

I have purchased a new heart rate monitor, and have assesed that my resting heart rate is around 70bpm. I should be keeping it between 160-173bpm today during my work out with my trainer.

Monday, September 10th, 2007

Saturday was probably my best back day ever!!! I am still feelin the burn. Did some dead lifts and some rows, followed by reverse flies. Then I worked to my core to a close vomit. It was awsome!

Yesturday to get rid of some of the burn in my hamstrings, my g/f and I went for a hike in the woods. I think that loosend me up a bit, but today I need a good stretch too.

I feel like I made some good progress all week and am gonna let my body recover today. It is feeling pretty tight and I still have a pretty good pump from the last couple days of resistance traning. Tomorow I’m back at it!

Last night my g/f and I went for a 4.5km walk. Not a mosey, but an actuall excercise walk.

Then this morning I went to the gym and did a half hour of cardio. I am meeting with my trainer at lunch time too.

All this excersise is starting to feel pretty good.

Just got back from the gym, on my first solo effort I feel good about the work out. I’ve got a good pump in my arms. I super setted my; bi’s, tri’s, core. I’ll be posting my actuall workout as soon as I have a bit more time to be on hear. ;-)

Another  weekend filled with broken promisses to myself. :-(

It all started with a ride out to a pub in Harrison Hot Springs for some all you can eat fish and chips, and a couple of road pops. Then the next night we went to the fair and ate progies (mmmm) and a few more beers followed by alot of beer at the bowling ally.

Now that the weekend is over, it is time to get back on track (again).
