Thursday, September 27th, 2007It has been way to long since my last entry. I have been holding true to my diet and have been keeping up my activity level. I have not dropped any wieght, but am feeling tighter over all. I think my main problem is the lack of activity during work hours. (damn office job). However I accured a total gym for the office. Like the on Chuck Norris endorsess. I hope that will help me out.
Does anyone have much experience on these machines? I would love to hear any feed back or advice about them.
