This has been My eating plan for the last couple of weeks. I am keeping it very clean. My body had a hard time adjusting. I had no idea that my body was in such dyer need of proper nutrition. The cravings for teen burgers and pizza are starting to go away now too. I am allowed to eat what ever I want on 1 day a week, but after I do, I always feel like crap.
Almonds, apple
Blueberries, granola, plain yogurt
Sweet potato, chicken, roasted peppers
Boiled eggs w/ mayo
Tuna, salad
Dinner
