This has been My eating plan for the last couple of weeks. I am keeping it very clean. My body had a hard time adjusting. I had no idea that my body was in such dyer need of proper nutrition. The cravings for teen burgers and pizza are starting to go away now too. I am allowed to eat what ever I want on 1 day a week, but after I do, I always feel like crap.

 

Almonds, apple

Blueberries, granola, plain yogurt

Sweet potato, chicken, roasted peppers

Boiled eggs w/ mayo

Tuna, salad

Dinner

I am still in the process of moving. I need to be outa my house by Fri night at midnight. I have been car pooling with my very sexy gal-pal every morning. she drops me off at the old house so I can get some packing and cleaning done in the morning. then an hour later I go to work. After work I go back to the house and do morre packing. Getting tired of it. Can’t wait till it is all done and I can get onto my program. At least all this moving etc. is keeping me active. It kinda sucks on the days that I have been meeting with my trainer I have also had to do the most labour with the move, I don’t think my muscles are getting the recovery they need. By the time we get home at the end of the day I have totally forgotten that I need to take some starting pics. I really hope I don’t keep putting it off so long that by the time I do remember, I have transformed my body with no documented evidence of where I started from.

I had an awsome workout again on Saturday. My arms still feel like jello. I know I said I would post some stats. today, but my trainer thinks we should wait a week to get those numbers. So that all my nuero-muscular receptors are firing to get a better judgement of where my streangth actually is. As far as the diet goes, I need to stay away from the weekends. I seem to binge on them. Back on track today.

This is gonna be a very physical weekend. I am gonna be packing and hauling stuff to the dump tonight. Then have to meet with my trainer tommorow after work, then move all my furniture to the new house, and go for a long bike ride on Sunday. Whewwwwwww

I met with my personal trainer today. Had an awesome workout!!! I worked so hard I thought I was gonna vomit!. I am still eating really clean keeeping my cal. intake to about 1800 a day, with good carbs.

On Saturday I met with a personal trainer and had a bit of a work out/assesment done. It apears that I am quite strong and flexable. I do however really need to work on my cardio, and fat loss. But it is reasuring that I have a good starting base. I am excited to get started on this program.

The trainer I waaas supposed to meet yesturday called and cancelled because he was sick. I ended up working late doing manual labour anyways. Still holding to the eating plan as well. I hope my trainer is feeling better for our appointment on Saturday….
