Okay so yesterday went well
Did my workout, a little modified because the treadmill chose halfway through my workout to stop working properly……it worked it just stopped having the ability to go down in incline after a while…so it was an uphill battle (pun intended). Tonight I will be bowflexing it so good luck me.
Food today is right on par, bland and boring but on par.
Nothing else interesting to say with the exception of I really have to pee (stupid itchy 5 litres of water!!!)

This is what I am dealing with. So the food will be the best I can possibly make it and the workouts will be videos and treadmill (when I can get to it) for cardio and the bowflex for my weights. I think it will be interesting to say the least to see what progress I can make.
I WILL do this if it kills me. I am hoping to lose 20 pounds in that time. Clean eating started today. Good luck me.
