Its been over 3 months since my last show. My diet has been clean up until now. My schedule has changed all together. I have been working nights. My shift starts at 6:30 pm and ends At 5:30 am… Ive been managing to train and do cardio 5 times a week. But I can not seem to get a pump. My meals have been shifted and un organized…My body is not used to the change and I feel I am getting flabby :-(. I figure its do to the stress in schedule change. Right now its very annoying. But I know Ill be back when my shift goes back to days. So far its been 2 weeks, Have 3 more weeks to go……..Arghhhhhhhhhhh Its so fustrating.

Oh No….Injury.. Ok i havent gone to the doctor yet…Only because I wish the pain would go away. It hasnt gotten worse it just shifted a little. Im not sure if its a tendon behind my right ankle. But when I kneel down and the tendons stretch behind my ankle I got a pain that feels like an electric shock or a weird ripping feeling that lasts for a second or two. Its so strange. And just today I compared the back of both my ankles and the right seems like its missing something on the sides of that cartlidge bone at the rear of the ankle. It doesnt hurt when I walk or train its just the kneeling position. Im not going change anything in my daily training until I get it checked out. Did anyone ever have this before. If so please let me know. Thanks

I just recently competed and recieved 1st and 2nd place in 2 shows. When I reached that conditioning I noticed 2 small bumbs under my skin on my middle abs. I’ve seen them on a few bodybuilders. Dennis wolfe is one of them. But b4 I go head to the doctor I was wondering if anyone knew what they can be.

Sick!!!!!!!!!
To whoever catches the flu I feel for you. For 3 months straight of been training like there was no tomorrow, and now I am sick with the flu and allready it has set me back 1 1/2 weeks out of the gym.
This flu sucks, one minute I feel good, next minute Im layed out in bed with cold sweats and fever. This is no joke. All I can see and feel is that my hard work I put into training and eating right is being washed right out of me. I know at this point my main concern should be getting better. But not feeling well and having massive time to think up in bed makes my mind wonder. I wish I can hit the gym right now, I guess I should just hit my pillow. Good night and stay healthy.

Ok, Ive been training like a crazy women, 1 hr weight training and 1 hr cardio everyday. My BF% is dropping fast, which is my main goal. My question is, in the leaning process should strong abdominal cramps be expected?
