First post, not nearly the last
So I just started getting really into bodybuilding. My end goal is really to be about 10 or so pounds heavier, but cut most of my fat off. I really want to end up with some ab definition, and I want to see some much higher lifting numbers.

Hey man, we are on the same page. I am getting started on my journey to lose fat, what kind of eating do you plan to do, have you heard anything about a Velocity Diet? Basically, I’m a college student on a budget! We should tackle this task together man, it’s said to be easier with a partner to push ya, what do you say?
