Killed it at the gym and Nutrition
Today is my workout day, I have been doing 2 full body workouts every 7 days. I have been trying to eat at least 5k calories a day lately. Thanks to a product called serious mass which helps me get in the extra 2k a day i need. So I have been basically eating 800 to 1000 calories 6 times a day.
Went to the gym and did all the compound exercises. 5 sets of 5 reps. Raising the weight with each set. Took about a little over 2 hrs and I am tired now.
