2 or so weeks later…
Hey all…
So I’ve been slack with keeping my BodySpace updated, and I promise pics will be on their way soon… getting back into the gym and uni and work has been intense to say the least and haven’t had as much time up my sleeve as i’d liked to keep you all updated…. anyway….
Not really happy wiht my diet atm, so i’ve been doing alot of reading, specifically dieting for endomorph-types like me who tend to gain fat a little too easily…. so hopefully thisĀ week i’ll be feeling a bit tighter… My time spent in the gym is going well though! My strentgh is building back up fairly consistently, alhtough i’m not as cardiovascularly fit as i was a couple of months ago so my endurance is a bit down, but i’m slowling adding in more HIIT cardio as well as steady state for fat burning slowly (don’t want to burn out)….
So… not much else to report… just that i’m messing around with a few things and trying to get myself back on track!
