Ok, so ya I fell off the horse for a little bit there. But about a month ago I decieded it was time to shed some fat since Ill be going home in about a month for a little 2 week vacation. I think Ive done pretty good. I did loose some muscle but my bf % is at the lowest its been in years. Once I get back from home though I plan on hitting the gym back up with a mass program.

I forgot to put this in my last post but when I take the protein gainer I do not take a full 600 calorie serving. It is more like 3/4 of a serving, which would bring me to around 3500-4000 calories a day. Also as of right now I am not doing any cardio, should I add some to my workout routine? Thanks for the input.
