		<description><![CDATA[I feel like my thighs and glutes are getting bigger, I am not eating  more but I am running on steep heels&#8230;I&#8217;ll be doing that until January&#8230;and as far as progress pictures, can&#8217;t post new ones, the internet out here is reeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaallllly s l o w.

Thanks to everyone leaving comments, it sure motivates me to do better.
Today I added 5Lbs to my dumbells. I do biceps curl with 25 and triceps exercises with 35. I must keep it up this month and add another 5 in january 2008.
