I feel like my thighs and glutes are getting bigger, I am not eating more but I am running on steep heels…I’ll be doing that until January…and as far as progress pictures, can’t post new ones, the internet out here is reeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaallllly s l o w.
I’ll keep trying though, that 6 pack is awesome right now!

Today, I was told that I did more push ups than the guys I work with on our fitness test…97 below 2 mins!

I have been slacking off last week, because I have been very busy at work, it will be about the same next week. I still exercise 3 times a week but it’s not on my own (when I do weight lifting)…
I have learned that being tired and working out is not productive, therefore, I will get back on in a couple of weeks.

Hello everyone!
Happy New New year to all! I made it, I now use 30 and 40 lbs dumbells. I am excited about these accomplishments and more about what the future has for me!

Hi Everyone!
Thanks to everyone leaving comments, it sure motivates me to do better.
Today I added 5Lbs to my dumbells. I do biceps curl with 25 and triceps exercises with 35. I must keep it up this month and add another 5 in january 2008.
