The Game Plan!

I’m one week post comp and ready to tackle the off season! I enjoyed some yummy treats, but I’ve been back to clean eating and I’m only up 3lbs since my show…I’m feeling good :) I know its only been a week but after 2 days of junk I was able to get back on track…which is always a tough thing for me to do. I plan on having treats everynow and then, but not letting things get crazy like I have in the past…I know I’ve said that each time, but I feel like I have a solid plan in place to help me stay on track!

I met with my trainer, we went over my goals and he gave me my new training routine. I’m actually really excited to eat and GROW! Like I said in my last blog…I wasnt thrilled with my placing, I expect more out of myself….but all it did was fuel me to hit it even harder! I started a 3 day split and its definitely a leg dominate routine….thats my weak spot, so I’m hoping to rock the stage in August with some bangin quads!!!! I plan on keeping cardio in my routine but no set amount, kinda going with the flow…I dont love cardio but if I get to eat more food than its all good! My trainer didnt give me any set weight to gain or anything, but I plan on keeping it lean and SLOW….no crazy ‘bulkin’ this year ;)

I had a really nice weekend…the weather was ok, so I went and did the pumpkin thing! I love Halloween…and yes, I plan on treating myself to some CANDY! Then, I have tix to the World Series…so, just like last week…I will enjoy some philly ballpark food :) Its all about moderation!
