The Game Plan!
I’m one week post comp and ready to tackle the off season! I enjoyed some yummy treats, but I’ve been back to clean eating and I’m only up 3lbs since my show…I’m feeling good
I know its only been a week but after 2 days of junk I was able to get back on track…which is always a tough thing for me to do. I plan on having treats everynow and then, but not letting things get crazy like I have in the past…I know I’ve said that each time, but I feel like I have a solid plan in place to help me stay on track!
I met with my trainer, we went over my goals and he gave me my new training routine. I’m actually really excited to eat and GROW! Like I said in my last blog…I wasnt thrilled with my placing, I expect more out of myself….but all it did was fuel me to hit it even harder! I started a 3 day split and its definitely a leg dominate routine….thats my weak spot, so I’m hoping to rock the stage in August with some bangin quads!!!! I plan on keeping cardio in my routine but no set amount, kinda going with the flow…I dont love cardio but if I get to eat more food than its all good! My trainer didnt give me any set weight to gain or anything, but I plan on keeping it lean and SLOW….no crazy ‘bulkin’ this year
I had a really nice weekend…the weather was ok, so I went and did the pumpkin thing! I love Halloween…and yes, I plan on treating myself to some CANDY! Then, I have tix to the World Series…so, just like last week…I will enjoy some philly ballpark food
Its all about moderation!

sounds like you are set getting back on track for next year already. you know i wish you all the best and good luck with the new goal. as you are trying to gain some i am trying to lose some. did a best 8 mile run today in 74 minutes…was happy with that. you rock out with the halloween candy since i have to do all i can to avoid it…lol looking forward to seeing your progress
