Bring on Peak Week…Bitches!!!!!!
Peak week has arrived….the final week until my show! I got my plan from my trainer and it looks good, excited to fill up on some yummy carbs 
My weight has held pretty steady at 105.5ish for the past week, which is cool with me…thats 3lbs less than my last show. I also practiced posing today….IN my suit!!! I am so happy with how I look…I will even say, that I am in the best shape of my life BUT you never know come competition day, so I’m not getting my hopes up!
The final week is usually the busiest…I got my hair cut already and I’ll dye it tomarrow, got a waxing appt for sunday and nails on monday!!! Hotel, make-up and polygraph are already booked. I’ll shave and start my tanning process on thursday night. I also know for sure that my friend will not be coming with me….she bailed. I’m not quite sure what I’ll do as far as tying my suit, taping it and oiling up but I’ll figure something out…not going to let it stress me out! Sometimes competing can be a very loney thing but I’m happy and I love my lifestyle…I just wish that I had friends locally who share my passion, its a good thing my online friends F$CKIN ROCK!!!! I know a few people competing this weekend…my trainer being one of them…so I’m sending much love and positivity their way!
Much like last year, my prep is running right along with the MLB playoffs….not an easy balance! I went to the Phillies game the other day….so I had to pack enough food for work, then the game but its worth all the prep. Not to mention all the odd start times….I’ve been struggling to stay up past my bedtime 
If all goes according to plan (my plans of course!) then my next two games will be after my show, so I will be able to go and have a blast without worrying about bring my food ect…and I can really enjoy the party….can you say ‘cheesesteak’
Now, I’m off to relax and watch some games….

I know what you mean about having friends that are interested in the lifestyle- my friends don’t understand and I have no one I can share the experience with. Good thing I have a supportive hubby and awesome online friends
