Diet=CRAZY BITCH=scatterbrained blog ;-)
Things are really coming together for me…I finally busted through the plateau I was stuck on!!! For weeks, even though I felt/looked leaner the scale wasnt moving but then BAM…with just 2 weeks to go, I dropped down to 108.6lbs
Thats just 4lbs more than what I was last year but I look so much better…more muscular!!!
I am so ready to hit the stage…and eat
Training is easy, I love it but dieting is the tough part. My calories and carbs are low and I am tired, bitchy and hungry!! For some reason, I’m not sure if the diet has anything to do with it, but I have been so clumsy lately…dropping, breaking and knocking over EVERYTHING! Now, I’m normally kinda goofy but this is just nuts LOL!! Also, I went to an Amish market yesterday and that was just a stupid idea…all the fresh/homemade cakes, pies, desserts of all kinds, breads ect smelled so delicious. The cute little Amish people were offering me free samples…I snapped back "NO!!!" hee hee…they must have thought I was insane.
I have also been putting in time to practice my posing…spinning like a top doing the quarter turns
I use my rest time between sets to hit a few poses and it makes me laugh because people at the gym must think I’m so full of myself (as I lift my beater to check the obliques) but its necessary to see how I’m progressing, I dont have mirrors/lighting like that at home…and I have been getting some awesome feedback from some people at the gym, both male and female which is cool since women tend avoid giving another chick props. So between the Amish and the people in the gym, its a good thing I dont give a shit what people think about me! hee hee :p
Ok, enough of my babbling—As you can tell my brain/thoughts are all over the place…blame it on the diet! 2 WEEKS TIL GAME TIME!!!!!!

Poor Amish ppl…They didn’t know what hit them!!! And of course you care what ppl think…Just not ANY RANDOM PPL…I’m sure ppl in the gym can tell by the way you look and train why you pose and they cool with it….If their not, I’ll just come over and bitchslap to death anyone who looks at you wrong…You DO look so much better than last yr and I told you that weeks ago…You better get them hammies SHREDDED for the show and blow others on that stage…I want you to come out and be so confident and glow at your best that judges will be like "Hey, there’s only one person in this division?? Oh well, lets give it to her, she looks awesome!!!!!!!!" THrow the shadow over rest of the lineup FREAK!!!!!!!!!!
I wish I was coming, I would scream SSOOOO loud and obnoxious that they would have to throw me outside!!!!LMAO
And you know I would too!!!!
Love ya…
HAve a blastin Sunday, ok??

From the too strange to be fiction files: Busting through plateu’s, visiting and yelling at amish folks, checking obliques in the gym and getting multi-gender positive reinforcement, all while maintaining a strict diet. Congrats on achieving the unusual, and for being awesome!

You don’t seem scatterbrained at all. You seem strong, confident, and poised for VICTORY!

Game on girl! You should be so super proud of yourself. Can’t wait to see U "show off" in your tiny suit… You are bringing so much confidence and poise to that stage and those judges will surely pick up on that:-) You are almost there…

You should have done some posing in front of the Amish. That would be cool.

Hahaha! THat’s so awesome Nic
I couldn’t agree with you more about posing at the gym…you can’t beat the lighting (at least at my gym) and I always think to myself, too, "Everyone must think I’m so full of myself!" Eh, rookies. LoL. We REAL figure/bodybuilding athletes know what that means…SHOWTIME!!! Rock it girl, can’t wait to see pics in a couple weeks. I’m 11 weeks from the next one
OH, and when I was in the last couple weeks out from my last show I was SOO clumsy! I actually slightly bumped an old man’s Buick tank while driving!! No one was hurt, and there were no scratches…I was coming to a red light and while I had slowed down considerably, I hadn’t actually firmly hit the break to completely stop. He was pissed and I came out of my lethargic drifting in la-la-land state! Yeah, it can get pretty nuts for some! Anyway, ta ta and best wishes*

LOL, love these prepp times. I broke 5 dishes, one mug and a cupboard door is half way falling loose . It’s really a show when I’m in the room, trying to get things done! I try to pose between sets to , helps w/ bloodflow, and I get these stares, I feel like their eyes are burning me with their looks! Anyway, I got to do what I’ve got to do to be ready! You look gorgeous! Go get ‘em!!!
