Down to 3 and feelin it….

Yep, just 3 wks left til I hit the stage!!! I’ll definitely be up several pounds from my last show, but I’ve leaned out nicely so I know I made some great gains :) I have to admit, these last few weeks are really going to kick my boo-tay. My diet is SUPER strict and I’m feeling the effects…my ass has been draggin :( I havent slept too well, so I’m tired anyway then add the lack of food and some days really suck! I have to be honest…yeah, I’ve been a cranky bitch lately!!! LOL ;) My biggest complaint is how its effecting my training…I feel weaker and that BLOWS!! But on the brightside, I cant help but smile when I see my abs, the leaness in my quads and oh yes…all those veins in my delts!!! I know that how I’m feeling is temporary and in a few weeks it will all be worth it :)

Now, I must rant for a bit…I HATE when I meet a new person and they ask all kinds of stupid questions about my diet/training!!! I dont mind giving a short version type answer but DO NOT act like there is something wrong with me and give me tips on how I should live/eat/train differently…You dont know what the f*ck you’re talking about so SHUT YOUR F#CKIN MOUTH!!!!!!! Whew, feels good to get that out…I would love to say it to this chick and normally I would slam her right back but it was not exactly the appropriate time/place. Hell, maybe I’m just hungry and overreacting ;) hee hee

Anywho, I hope everyone has fabulous memorial day….those of you doing the BBQ thing, have some extra yummys for me :)

    i wont sacrifice to the point of crappy workouts…..i listened to morons last year and cut my superpump all the way out and that will never happen again, period….if that makes it so i can’t compete…oh well, but i don’t feel that it does…
    what’s the diet like now? how bad is it? i’m good pretty much all the time the way i’m going…but i know i gotta cut some more stuff out in the coming weeks and by 4 weeks out no cheat meal….but i’ll still have a couple carb ups on fridays till the end so i think i’ll be good. Granted…..i’m on clen and T3 and such

    Nic your head is in the right place!!! The sacrifices made now will pay off huge!!! Don’t let anyone get you down because no one knows your body like you do!!! so the best diet/exercise is the one that you do!!! Keep that edge and use it to your advantage. Stay strong and good luck…not that I think your gonna need a bit of it.

    Heck, you shoulda still speak your mind!!!! Didn’t I teach you nothing???? LOL
    Glad to hear you are happy with how you glide into last few weeks…Looks like all is needed is a steady slow flow…Nothing drastic to take care abt…I also feel you are much bigger but I also feel your muscles look more mature and better quality which could mean the difference sometimes…
    For sleep I would recommend ZMA before bed…Works wonders….30min before bed and HEEEELLOOO drool streaks on the pillow….
    I’m with you every step of the way and will help you pop those abs even more constantly laughing… :D :p :)

    Nice work, girl! The diet and exercise goals are not for "mere mortals" ! LOL So don’t listen to them. You are on a different plane. You will get used to the lo-carbs and eventually manage to get good workouts despite diet. Keep smiling!! You are working towards your goals and accomplishing what most could never fathom! Congrats!

    LOL! You are funny!!! I get the same crap as well but I always put them in their place!!! Who is your trainer anyways? I’m looking for one online. I may go w/ Erik Ledin. At least thats who I’m leaning with so far.
