Lost and Found
Yes, my mind…I lost it but have no fear I found it
As of today I am 6wks out but my weight hasnt really moved much lately, so I’ve been kinda worried. I thought that I looked good, so I wasnt stressing about it UNTIL my suit arrived! Looking at it, seeing how tiny the bottoms are, made me think that there is no way I’ll be able to fit in it in 6wks. After a few back and forth emails with my trainer he helped me relax a bit. Today I was training and feeling good, so when I was resting between sets I hit some poses and then it hit me that I look GOOD!! I have no reason to be down on myself…so I decided I had enough balls to try my suit on—and it looks awesome!!!! Of course not perfect yet, but just the way it should right now…Not to mention, a tan will make a world of difference
Like I said in previous blogs, life has been tough for me lately and this week it got a lot worse…but I’m trying to stay positive and rise above all the shit thrown my way! I know that stress is not good for my health, slows metabolism and holds fat so I’m trying to chill and keep my head under control. So, I’m going to do my best to relax and handle my business then let the chips fall where they may…stay postitive guys, negativity is not a fun place to be

Hey girl you do look good and with 6 weeks to go you will nail it. I have the same thoughts everytime I try to meet the next goal or competition - my next one is in 6 days not 6 weeks! lol. Best of luck and keep up the good work!

Hope you don’t HAVE any balls or that suit won’t be as flattering as you think. Ya look great, you’ve been working hard, eating clean…you’ll be fine.
As far as other stress goes…1)access the problem…2) figure out and weight options…3) decide on a course of action. and you’re done. Don’t sweat about that which you can’t control. Good luck. Tom the welder.

Nic, I think all of us are a bit messed up in the head when it comes to our bodies. I tell my clients when noticable changes are happening but they don’t see them. Trust your close friends and more importantly TRUST YOURSELF!! You are going to do great. I know this, not by looking at your pictures (which are awesome
but by your attitude. Stay Strong.

I think one of the greatest feeling in the world is when I look at a piece of clothing and my head tells me your fat ass will never fit into that. Then I try it on and it fits.Sometimes loosley(?0 loosely(?) IDK. Anyway you look AWESOME. Go kick their asses.
