updating while vomiting up my lungs and heart….
LOL! hows that for a title
So here I stand 7 weeks out from my show and things are going as smooth as can be! The scale was stuck this week so I’m sitting at 112.6lbs but I feel and look leaner so there are no concerns. I’m seeing more and more veins all the time, so I know I’m heading in the right direction! Also, a figure competitior and a bodybuilder from my gym both told me how awesome I look and that I’m not far from ’stage ready’ so you know that had me pumped
I had posing practice last weekend and my trainer is really happy with how I look, especially my back which I love too!!! I met with him this morning and since he feels good with where I am, we’re not cutting calories again but just increasing the cardio and putting those calories to work! I’m now doing LISS 3x/wk and HIIT 3x/wk. It was so beautiful here today so I decided instead of going to the gym for cardio I would do my sprints outside on the track near my house. I usually do them on the bike or elliptical so this was a first and now you see where the vomit comes in at…OMFG!!!! Hitting the track is so much more intense than everything else…my legs were on fire, my chest and throat were burning and yes, i thought my lungs and heart were going to come out of my mouth! Due to time issues it wont always be feasible for me to do it here but I’m going to try to schedule it so at least 2 of the 3 days i can hit the track
on a personal level, life has been a very bumpy road the last few months but it seems like maybe things are on the way up! They (who are they??) say that you have to hit rock bottom before you can start climbing back up and I think I hit it and it looks like things are moving in the right direction for me. While I’ve been dealing with all this drama, it has really annoyed my training schedule but I manage, no matter how crazy things have been to get all my training in and have all my meals prepared so there are no excuses!! Now, things are going to be changing for me again in the next few weeks but after that I should be able to get my life into a routine again!
Enough of my bitching LOL!!! I’m exhaused from a very long week…time to relax a bit

HA!!! What goes around comes around…You wanted to get rid of me and now you are one puking!!! I would LMAO but am afraid it might induce further gag reflex!!!!hahahhahahaahahahahaahahaha
You are tough cookie(I shouldn’t be using this terminology since we both dieting…It brings all kinds of thoughts in my carb depleted head) and I know you were OK after those sprints!!
As of the personal side of the message I wont say much…WE talk enough abt it in PM’s but I am gonna say one thing…You are fighter and a true one too and I never had doubt that you’ll lose focus and determination…I never really worry abt you cuz I KNOW how strong you are. So proud of you to do all this while dealing with crap life throws at you…
You rock and I love you!!

Hang in there, gal. As my dear sainted mother is wont to say, "It’s always darkest before the dawn." (Which, if you think about it, is the God’s honest truth.)

Firstly I’d like to say thanks for the early encouragement, I really wasn’t expecting a response this soon from anyone.
Secondly I just thought I’d advise that puking up your internal organs shouldn’t be common practise, it’s not a good look you know!!!

With this much time out, running sprints should really bring out the muscularity in your legs. I started running outside last week too and even at moderate intensity, i felt a much better heart pump and leg fatigue that with using the machines, probably because on the machines you are still helped along a little bit but on solid ground you no its all you. Can’t wait to see you around contest time.

Sprints are killers, but I seem to get the best results from them. It is a love hate relationship I have with them…they feel soooo good when they are over with. Sorry that RALPH had to come into the picture though. Your looking awesome..can’t wait to see ya hit the stage again.
