Week from HELL….
but I havent lost my sense of humor, I guess it keeps me from losing my mind
Or maybe I am crazy for taking pics when I’m sick LOL!!!
Anywho, I have been really sick all week. It started with just a sore throat and then became a full on headcold…stuffy nose, hacking cough, clogged ears, my head that feels like its been squeezed in a vice and every inch of my body is in pain
While I’m still congested and weak, I am feeling MUCH better than I have been. I didnt train on monday, I had a lot going on that day and I figured it would be good time to give it a rest but I still made it to the gym the rest of the week. I probably should have just rested because my workouts were really shitty…I was weak, had no energy or intensity. I weighed in this morning and was down .4lb, not a lot but considering what an awful week I had I figuredĀ I should be happy.
I am very proud that while I have been sick, I have NOT indulged in any comfort foods!!!! YAY for me
I was craving the junk food….I really wanted some of my momma baked mac & cheese!!! mmmm, its a good thing I dont still live at home LOL! I dont keep any junk in my house so there is no temptation for me to grab it and snack. I plan on going to the gym for some cardio tomarrow and hope to hit the weights heavy again on sunday

Pls sit the damn cold out…No point doing your stuff when u sick. Rest and heal and then get back even stronger…

I had a bad week myself as far as being sick, so I can sympathize with you. I really had no urges for bad food though, because anything I ate wasn’t staying in my body very long…! Rest until you recover, and then hot the gym hard again! Hope you feel better soon!
