more posing/updates
here are some new posing shots that i took this afternoon (i just ate, excuse the belly!) i still feel that i need a lot of work, i have another class this weekend so i’m just going to keep practicing, practicing and then some more practicing!!! i weighed myself this morning and i’m at 109.6, so it looks like the sprints are getting the job done. i’m adding more sprints in this week and now at 5 wks out i still havent cut calories…YAY!!!!
please give me all the feedback ya can…be honest, brutally so if necessary…i can take it

Looking good overall. Legs could use more definition, But the cuts will begin to show as you get closer to competition and start drying out. Last pic, should bring your shoulders forward more to pop out your lats.

well from a judges view, over all your lines are good, your proportioned nicely…legs and ass need a little work, sorry lol..but your 5 weeks out..so your making good progress..your upper body looks amazing for being 5 weeks out..but once you start getting leaner and less body fat, and you start to dehydrate, your lower body will catch up..what are you doing as far as training for your legs and glutes
