time to step it up!

eek…i checked my weight this morning only to be bummed to see that i gained!!! now, i only gained a half a pound but i’m supposed to be cutting, so i was a bit disappointed. i am 6 weeks out from my first competition, so my trainer wants me to add a few more sprints to my cardio. he would rather me burn more calories then restrict them too soon…which is all good with me, since I LOVE TO EAT :D i sent in my entry form earlier this week, so now its all official!!! i’m doing 3 different divisions…novice, open and fitness model. i figure the more time i’m on the stage the better….gotta face that stage fright head on! i’ve been practicing my posing like a good girl, i hope to have some new posing pics posted sometime this week…love to hear the feedback!

i hope everyone thats dealing with "IKE" is staying safe and dry…its been raining here all day but nothing in comparison to a hurricane. although, i must say its been real pain in the ass!!! i was out and about today and people are driving like they have never seen rain before…god, i hate driving!! now, tonight all i want to do is relax on the couch with brody and watch the phillies game…but of course they cancelled it, and so did the mets–GRRR!!! guess i have to go do my laundry :(  ok, thats enough of my bitchin…have a fantasic friday and stay dry ;)

Awesome hun!!! What comp are you going to be doing? As for the half of pound, remember you can be retaining some water. We tend to fluctuate in that area. Stop looking at the scale and pay attention to measurements and bodyfat% :)

    oh and i agree..food is yummy ;)
