ugh!!!! :(

i’ve been having a really rough week….and its ONLY wednesday! i knew that gaining weight would not be an easy thing for me to do—mentally. I have cut out my cardio and increased my calories…all clean. hell, if i’m feeling a little extra hungry…i’ll eat a little more. for some reason this week has just been really tough on me. i havent weighed myself since last week, so i have no idea where my weight stands but i’m just feeling really "blah". i have been having a "fat" week if you will ;) i’m not very happy with how soft my belly is right now…the abs, not as ripped as they were :(  i was insanely hungry tonight…so i ate, and ate and ate! LOL—the worse part (or the best depending on how you look at it) is that i ate oats…dry, just me…my tub of oats and a spoon! damn…it was good, but now my tummy is really not happy and i feel like crap! yes…i binged on oats :p i dont know why my hunger has been so out of contol this week. there has been a lot of stress in my life—much more than usual, so i dont know if that may be triggering things. all i know is that this is NOT how i want to gain!

i tried going to sleep earlier but i had to get this off my chest! now, i’m going to attempt to go to bed again—tomarrow is a new day!

    You’ll be alright….no matter what plan you do, you’re gonna have to adjust. You look awesome anyways……you’ll be fine :)

    You should checkout some pics of people’s insane 3-4 month cuts going up to a contest. I’m still amazed at how the body can cut so drastically after a bulk. Maybe that’ll help you mentally get used to it.

    Sorry to hear all that hun. But like the other posters said, you’ll be okay. it’s difficult to finally get to a place where you’re body is cut up and then want to put on size, naturally some "softness" comes along with the bulk and it’s a little disheartening. Remember though, when you are done adding size, you can cut down easily again since you know how to and know how your body responds. It will all work out, you’ll see, keep the faith my dear!

    And don’t you go to sleep any earlier, that means you’ll miss me when I get back from the gym!!!! WHo am I gonna talk to then?!?!?!?!!LMAO
    Its stress, it’s long dieting, it’s boredom(admit it, you are BORED sometimes!!!)
    Try cycling carbs… HAve 4 low days then 1 moderate and 2 high days….
    It’s all in your head silly! ANd you can do it! Just have to find it in you!
    Sometimes is good to listen to your body! MAybe it’s telling you something!
    Just don’t think much of it and it’ll go away… And if not, I’ll just pick you up and we go and eat till we puke and then you wont even be able to think of food… :p
